Inside Out 2 at the Kids Cinema!

As a parent finding the perfect outing that keeps the kids entertained and creates lasting memories is always a top priority. Our recent trip to Village Cinema Kid's Cinema for the screening of "Inside Out 2" turned out to be just that a fun filled adventure that left the entire family beaming with joy.

From the moment we arrived at Village Cinema Kid's Cinema, the excitement was booming as it also was celebrating the recent launch of Deadpool & Wolverine which we had previously watched at the drive-in.

But we were here eagerly waiting to see the latest adventures of Riley and her emotions in "Inside Out 2." The Kids cinema was created with kids who contributed to it's development so it's actually a lot of fun.

Marvel Characters in the House

One of the highlights of the day was the surprise appearance of Marvel characters! As we walked into the cinema lobby, we were greeted by none other than Spider-Man, Black Panther, Flash and a few others. There was also a Wolverine and a Lady Deadpool. The kids were over the moon, their faces lighting up with awe and excitement. The characters were more than happy to pose for photos, give high fives and even engage with the young fans. It was a fantastic touch that added an extra layer of magic to our movie day.

Inside Out 2

The main event, of course, was the screening of "Inside Out 2." The cinema staff did a wonderful job of ensuring that everyone was comfortable with booster seats for the little ones and plenty of snacks to go around. The movie itself was a hit delivering a perfect mix of humour, adventure and heartfelt moments that kept both kids and adults engaged.

Seeing the characters' emotional journey unfold on the big screen was a delightful experience that sparked meaningful conversations with the kids afterward.

Intermission

Halfway through the movie, there was an intermission that turned out to be one of the day's most memorable parts. The cinema had set up a special play area filled with colorful play equipment. There were slides, climbing structures and even a mini dance stage out the front. The kids had an absolute blast, running around and burning off some energy while the parents enjoyed a brief break.

Adding to the fun, there was a dance floor where a lively dance off ensued. With upbeat music playing and disco lights flashing, children and even a few enthusiastic parents showcased their best dance moves. It was a joyful sight seeing everyone let loose and have a great time. The intermission activities were brilliantly organized ensuring that the kids were entertained and refreshed for the second half of the movie.

We had a heap of fun and it is great to see a cinema put on such a thoughtful service for kids!
