πΉππππ & π±πππππ πΆπ πͺππππππ & π±ππππ - "Love In The Villa" Review
You know that movie you see to the end and give the "Wow" exclamation with a smile of satisfaction? This is one of them. I couldn't stop smiling to the beautiful scenes in this movie from start to finish. At a point, I didn't want the movie to end but I bet I wouldn't love it as much as I do now if that was the case.
I'd say this movie is just perfect for what it shows and it's a good recommendation for some refreshing feeling after a long day or after too many horror genres lol.
And yeah, it's a movie in the romance genre but definitely with a storyline you'd love to see the progress. From a dream, to a mix up, to fights and then to love... Perfect blend isn't it?
Love In The Villa is a 2022 movie released in September, a movie with low ratings from many movie sites maybe for the popular story in it's plot but for that same reason, I'll rate it more higher as it was just what I wanted to see. The movie is starred by Tom Hopper and Kat Graham, I'm not familiar with these characters but I'll commend their roles in the movie as it got me curious to check for more movies from them.
The movie "Love In The Villa" has what I'll call a regular storyline especially with the "Romeo & Juliet story" featured in it but it's uniqueness is what makes it just another movie you should see. And the storyline goes like this...
A young teacher who is a huge fan of the story of Romeo & Juliet decides to take a trip to Romantic Verona in Italy after a break up. Getting there, she is made to live with a British guy who had double booked the villa she reserved for her stay. What follows was comedic and then it got romantic.
My Personal Thoughts About The Movie
If I'm to be honest, I love the Romeo & Juliet in the movie, I also like that the lead characters gave us a series of comedy through their fights before they began to fall in love with each other. Although, I'll say the fights took way too much of the movie time, the chemistry between them both was lacking and most obviously, the fights went too extreme to progress into love in the end.
I love the British accent of the male lead, I'm a huge fan of British accent even though I don't see a lot of their movies but I did enjoyed the Bridgeton series for that reason. I also got to like the supporting character who played the role as Julie's coworker, his part is full of vibe.
They did kinda make a rhythm with Romeo & Juliet with their names (Charlie & Julie) in the movie which I thought for a second that it was way to obvious and not authentic. The cinematography of the movie was on point especially in the Verona city where they made a display of where the real life story play of Romeo & Juliet was done.
I'll give a rating of 8/10 for this movie and that is for the refreshing scenes after the fights, the comedy and most importantly, the characters in it. You'll enjoy it so long you're a fan of romance genres.

Honestly that love in villa is not such a great movie. There is no chemistry between the two lovers.
So awful to watch.
Lol I could say the same but it had other reasons I enjoyed my time spent on it.
Honestly, Bonnie (from vampire diaries) and sir β¦(donβt remember what character he played in Merlin) are a combination I wouldβve never expected to see in one movie, a movie about love nonetheless. Iβll definitely check this one out.
Oh I didn't know they starred in those movies, you'll love this one.
I know very little about the Romeo & Juliet story. I wanted to know more about the store but I never made effort for it because I am not so interested in love story.
I am still thinking if I will watch the movie or not. I can remember the name easily π .
The beginning of trailer gave me funny vibes.
Haha I can't say I know the whole story of Romeo & Juliet but I do know enough to say it was an epic love story hehe.
The movie is a funny one, hopefully you'll see it someday.
This movie is interesting
