The Details

Each week, our Moderators will monitor the posts within the Movies and TV Shows Community and handpick the ones that are believed to stand out under numerous factors: post quality, length, and subject.

There are no entry requirements, and this is not a contest, but simply a roundup intended to provide additional exposure to all of you for your efforts. Just have fun posting in the Movies & TV Shows Community and five or more posts will be chosen frequently.

🎬 My opinion about The Deliverance | Mi opinión sobre La Liberación 🎥

On the other hand, it doesn't make sense to me that the protagonist, being the most atheist person in the whole story, is more powerful than the woman who has dedicated years of her life to dealing with demons. It just doesn't make any sense. Also, the confrontation scenes are comical because of the exaggerated special effects. Besides, even there we don't see the real demon, so you don't really connect with that entity. If you don't see it, it's as if it doesn't exist. The only thing that was well done was the makeup, but that wasn't enough to generate real fear.

Hot Frosty

All round, it's not bad. I've seen worse films, but I think it's the sort of thing you'd have to be in the mood for. After watching nothing but serious films, or TV shows, it's usually refreshing to watch something along these lines, but if you've seen a few silly non-serious movies, maybe this would feel like overkill.

Challengers | Review

The production seemed a little slow to me, a lot of filler and therefore creates that void in the plot and at the same time the presence of the third party in a relationship, no matter how much people accept it will always create that discomfort and no matter how much trust there is, it will not be the same. That's where a lot of elements come into play that have to be faced so that everything goes well, since a bad move or a decision in that trio of people can ruin everything. Something like that has never happened to me and it really is a situation that leaves a lot to talk about and can be frowned upon by society and even cause harm to anyone, now from the point of view of the woman in the delivery are very sincere and in the head has both young people and that is why the delivery is going through a very strong rhythm.

At A Distance, Spring Is Green: Korean Series Review

Yeo Jun is handsome, rich and popular in school, he has so many friends but only the kind that are there for his money and fame. Kim So-bin is an average student struggling to make good credits before she graduates, she is naive and beautiful. Nam Soo Hyun is great with his studies but does all kind of part-time work to take care of his family.

One Hundred Years of Solitude (my opinion about the trailer)

Obviously all of us fans were expecting how this work would be and above all, if it would be faithful to the book, it is worth mentioning that One Hundred Years of Solitude is a fascinating but extremely complex novel, it is not easy to read, so it is not easy to represent, the magical realism is the main element that makes it unique and captivating, at the beginning I thought that Guillermo del Toro would be a good choice to direct this work, due to his experience in other great projects like Pan's Labyrinth, but then I found out that the director would be an Uruguayan. When I saw the interview I was a bit disappointed with this director because he said that they could not include all the scenes from the novel due to time constraints, something that seemed absurd considering that the format they are working on is a series, not a movie, but then, when I saw the first teaser I was fascinated and my expectations grew again.

The Penguin | A real masterpiece - Miniserie Review!

I've always been much more of a fan of DC Comics characters, especially the villains, I feel they have much more depth and background than Marvel characters. But if we talk about the Batman universe the truth is that it is the pinnacle of stories. This penguin or as he is really called, Oswald Cobblepot, is a guy deeply dependent and attached to his mother, in this series he is portrayed as such, a guy who does everything for her, who has her on a pedestal but often is not equally reciprocated. This miniseries shows us the most mature stage of the character, where he concentrates more power, one that lies thanks to the Falcone and Maroni families, the great surnames that control Gotham.

Day 2379 | Started Watching Silo Season 1

The concept of the show is pretty simple in that there is a big silo where a lot of people have been living for 140+ years with the idea that outside it's not safe while there are all these rules and nobody really knows what happened. So it's all about the mystery what the hell is going on with some of the characters trying to figure it out. This type of setup is one that I genuenly enjoy and I watched the 1st 2 episodes already which conform my suspicion as I'm already hooked. The aim is to pretty much binge watch it before the month ends and pick up weekly with season 2 which is now I believe at episode 3.

Modern Life Is Rubbish

A story that, more than comedy, is a romance. I think it is really good, because when we see it we can realize several things. Things often are not as we expect, the important thing is to fight if you love the person, although it is also true that love for the moment is enough and the crucial thing is to move forward. The film shows us how Liam and Natalie met, a temporal transition between the present and the past. The temporal changes were well done, unlike The Time We Have, which was a great film, with a much more interesting story than this film, but they partly ruined the experience with the changes of the present, with the memories, we didn't know what we were watching.
