Sometimes I think, why aren't the passengers given parachutes one by one, because the plane will also crash, at least not everyone will die, some people can survive.

I think there are other ways to save passengers from a crashed plane, such as what has been circulating on social media, the plane cabin immediately separates from the engine and the plane floats like a hot air balloon. Roughly the same as the ejection seat of a fighter pilot.
