Greetings dear friends of the community, how are you today? I hope you are having a good weekend. Since this movie started to be promoted it was full of a lot of controversy, which honestly made me a little interested in it, since they were labeling it as a movie that they wanted to hide because of the topics it touched and many other things, this only increased my desire to see it and that day has come, so without more to add, today I want to talk about the movie called "Sound of freedom" let's start with the review.

This film is an American production released on July 4, 2023 and belongs to the genre of action and suspense, in this film we will find a very interesting plot, we will follow our protagonist, who is a federal agent of the department of homeland security of the United States who faces a trafficking network, mostly of minors to be forced into sex work and we will be presented with the case of a special little girl for which our protagonist embarks on a dangerous rescue mission. Let's talk a little about what happens in the film.
The film begins with a little girl named Lucia playing an instrument and singing, she stops when she hears someone knocking on the door of her house and it is a woman who had heard Lucia sing on another occasion, she seems to be interested in Lucia's talent, so she talks to her father and tells him about the foundation to which she belongs, this foundation is responsible for making children grow in the field of entertainment and thus promote a promising future in the world of entertainment and ensures that Lucia has a lot of talent.

While this conversation is going on, Lucia's little brother arrives, so this woman says goodbye indicating that the next day she has to go to a small annual session of the foundation. So the next day Lucia, her little brother and her father go to this place, it is a room where there are other children, but they tell Lucia's father that he can not stay, he must return later to pick them up, so he leaves and when he returns at the agreed time, there is no one in the place, so he leaves in despair not knowing what to do, his children have been kidnapped.

After a short introduction of the subject of the movie, we see a man who is uploading some kind of children's content somewhere on the web, this guy is being watched by a team of agents, who want to capture him with as much evidence as possible to lock him up forever and in the most stealthy way possible they enter the house of this guy and catch him. While they search his house they find a lot of material, from videos, photographs and more quite sensitive material, so they lock the subject while they review the material.
We meet our protagonist agent Tim, who after so many years doing this kind of work of capturing child abusers, feels that he is not doing enough, of course he has managed to capture almost 300 abusers, but when it comes to rescuing children who were kidnapped, he has not had positive results. So he decides to do things differently in order to get better results and this ends up pushing him through a huge trafficking network, being one of the biggest cases he has ever been involved in. What will the future hold for Agent Tim?

I want to start my opinion regarding the story, looking at it from an objective point of view it is a plot that has been presented to us before, a kind of rescue from some dangerous place, but the factor that changes in this movie is the subject it touches, the kidnapping and abuse of underage children, this is what makes the story becomes much darker than what could become a rescue movie, plus this turns certain unexpected and interesting twists, so it is a story that will make you stay focused on everything that happens.
Since I mentioned the subject that the movie touches, let's talk about the controversy that it provoked, I understand perfectly that it can be a sensitive subject to talk about, but honestly, the movie doesn't show anything that people already know that it happens, only that people like to ignore it, but I feel that in the whole movie they don't show anything that nobody knew, I would say that the strongest thing is the real statistics that they show at the end of the movie, those are data that I'm sure few people knew and it's the scariest thing in the movie (besides the obviousness of the abuse of course).

The performances are really spectacular, each of the actors knew how to convey a number of emotions both negative and positive, allowing the film to feel completely real, plus I must also say that the film itself is based on a completely true story, so the drama for me becomes much stronger, because everything that happens in the story are a series of events that end up leaving you breathless and that from the beginning you know that the film is based on real events, leaves only a feeling of emptiness to see the world in which we live from a movie.
I want to end by saying that it is a film that has a lot of content that can be developed, the simple fact of touching such a deep and censored topic in certain places makes it a necessary film to see at least once, but I can also understand why someone would not want to see a film where its main topic is the kidnapping and abuse of minors, but if this film came to raise awareness, I consider that it did it in the most entertaining way possible and with very well constructed arguments, plus I repeat again, it is based on a true story, so it makes it more impressive.

I don't have an exact valuation, but I can say that I enjoyed watching the movie because of how well they knew how to direct the theme and how there were no plot holes, this allows you to follow the rhythm perfectly, in general terms, it is a very good movie for me and one of the best in the theme of action based on a true story. Desde que esta película empezó a promocionarse estuvo llena de mucha polémica, lo que honestamente me hizo interesarme un poco por ella, ya que la estaban tildando de ser una película que querían ocultar por los temas que tocaba y muchas cosas más, esto solo incrementó mi deseo de verla y ese día ha llegado, por lo que sin más que agregar, el día de hoy quiero hablarles de la película llamada “Sonido de libertad” empecemos con la reseña.

Esta película es una producción estadounidense estrenada el 4 de julio del año 2023 y pertenece al género de acción y suspenso, en esta película encontraremos una trama bastante interesante, seguiremos a nuestro protagonista, quien es un agente federal del departamento de seguridad nacional de los estados unidos quien se enfrenta a una red de tráfico, en su mayoría de menores de edad para ser forzados a trabajos sexuales y se nos presentará el caso de una pequeña niña en especial por la cual nuestro protagonista se embarca en una peligrosa misión de rescate. Hablemos un poco de lo que ocurre en la película.
La película comienza con una pequeña niña llamada Lucía tocando un instrumento y cantando, se detiene al escuchar que alguien toca la puerta de su casa y es una mujer que había escuchado a Lucía cantar en otra oportunidad, parece estar interesada en el talento de Lucía, por lo que habla con su padre y le comenta de la fundación a la que pertenece, esta fundación se encarga de hacer crecer a los niños en el ámbito del espectáculo y promover así un futuro prometedor en el mundo del entretenimiento y asegura que Lucía tiene mucho talento.

Mientras esta conversación sucede, llega el hermano pequeño de Lucía, así esta mujer se despide indicando que el día siguiente debe presentarse a una pequeña sesión anual de la fundación. Así al día siguiente Lucía, su hermanito y su padre van hacia este lugar, es una habitación donde se encuentran otros niños, pero le dicen al padre de Lucía que no puede quedarse, que debe volver más tarde a recogerles, así este se va y cuando regresa a la hora acordada, no hay nadie en el lugar, por lo que sale desesperado sin saber qué hacer, han secuestrado a sus hijos.

Luego de una pequeña introducción del tema del que va la película, vemos a un hombre quien se encuentra subiendo una especie de contenido de niños en algún lugar en la web, este sujeto está siendo vigilado por aun equipo de agentes, los cuales quieren capturarlo con la mayor cantidad de evidencia posible para encerrarlo por siempre y de la forma más sigilosa posible entran a la casa de este sujeto y lo atrapan. Mientras revisan su casa encuentran mucho material, desde videos, fotografías y más material bastante sensible, por lo que encierran al sujeto mientras revisan el material.
Conocemos a nuestro protagonista el agente Tim, quien luego de tantos años haciendo este tipo de trabajos de capturar a abusadores de menores, siente que no está haciendo lo suficiente, claro que ha logrado capturar a casi 300 abusadores, pero cuando se trata de rescatar a niños que fueron secuestrados, no ha tenido resultados positivos. Por lo que decide hacer las cosas de una manera diferente para poder obtener mejores resultados y esto lo termina empujando por una red inmensa de tráfico, siendo uno de los casos más grandes en los que ha participado. ¿Qué deparará el futuro del agente Tim?

Quiero empezar mi opinión con respecto a la historia, viéndolo desde un punto objetivo es una trama que se nos ha presentado antes, una especie de rescate de algún lugar peligroso, pero el factor que cambia en esta película es el tema que toca, el secuestro y abuso de niños menores de edad, esto es lo que hace que la historia se torne mucho más oscura de lo que podría llegar a ser una película de rescate, además que esto torna ciertos giros inesperados e interesantes, por lo que es una historia que te hará mantenerte centrado en todo lo que sucede.
Ya que mencioné el tema que toca la película, hablemos de la polémica que provocó, entiendo a la perfección que puede ser un tema sensible del qué hablar, pero honestamente, la película no muestra nada que ya las personas sepan que ocurren, sólo que las personas les gusta ignorarlo, pero siento que en toda la película no muestran algo que nadie supiera, diría que lo más fuerte son las estadísticas reales que muestran al final de la película, esos si son datos que estoy seguro pocas personas sabían y es lo más espeluznante de la película (además de la obviedad del abuso claro).

Las actuaciones son realmente espectaculares, cada uno de los actores supo como transmitir una cantidad de emociones tanto negativas como positivas, permitiendo que la película se sintiera completamente real, además que también debo decir que la misma película está basada en una historia completamente real, por lo que el dramatismo para mí se vuelve mucho más fuerte, porque todo lo que acontece en la historia son una serie de sucesos que te terminan dejando sin aliento y que desde el principio sepas que la película esté basado en hechos reales, no deja más que un sentimiento de vacío al ver el mundo en el que vivimos desde una película.
Quiero terminar diciendo que es una película que tiene mucho contenido que se puede desarrollar, el simple hecho de tocar un tema tan profundo y censurado en ciertos lugares la hace una película necesaria de ver al menos una vez, pero también puedo entender por qué alguien no quisiera ver una película donde su tema principal sea el secuestro y abuso de menores de edad, pero si esta película llegó para crear consciencia, considero que lo hizo de la forma más entretenida posible y con argumentos muy bien construidos, además que repito nuevamente, está basada en una historia real, por lo que hace que sea más impresionante.

No tengo una valoración exacta, pero puedo decir que disfruté viendo la película por lo bien que supieron dirigir el tema y el cómo no existieron vacíos argumentales, esto permite que puedas seguir el ritmo a la perfección, en términos generales, es una muy buena película para mí y de las mejores del tema de acción basado en una historia real. Hasta aquí la reseña, espero haya sido bastante entretenida y que disfrutaran de la lectura, sé que muchos han hablado de ella, pero si no la han visto, este es el recordatorio que necesitaba. ¡Feliz domingo!

As Richard Bach (American writer) writes in his novel The Bridge to Infinity, ---this world is still standing because the number of good people outnumbers the number of bad people---. However, in the 21st century, when science, culture and new technologies are advancing by leaps and bounds, we also continue to carry this heavy, hateful and despicable scourge represented in the trafficking and sexual abuse of children and adolescents.
This film is one more grain of denunciation. A desperate call to society to give more forceful responses to stop as soon as possible this blatant open secret that mercilessly strikes without any mercy to human dignity.

Según escribe Richard Bach (escritor norteamericano) en su novela El puente hacia el infinito, ---este mundo aún se mantiene en pie gracias a que el número de personas buenas supera a el de personas malas---. Sin embargo, en pleno siglo 21, cuando la ciencia, la cultura y las nuevas tecnologías avanzan a pasos agigantados, seguimos también cargando este pesado, odioso y despreciable flagelo representado en el tráfico y abuso sexual de niños, niñas y adolescentes.
Está Película es un granito más de denuncia. Un llamado desesperado a la sociedad para que de respuestas más contundente para detener lo antes posible este flagrante secreto a voces que golpea sin ninguna piedad la dignidad humana.

Estoy totalmente de acuerdo, aunque algunas cosas estén avanzando, podemos notar como algunas otras (muchas muy preocupantes) lo que hacen es retrodecer y hacerse incluso peor.
Este tipo de producciones por más ruido que haga, es como mencionas, un pequeño grano más de tantos que hay y aún así no se toman cartas en el asunto, es algo duro de creer.

El tema que aborda la película no solo es sumamente delicado sino, a menudo, evitado en la industria cinematográfica. La forma en que se presenta la trama, basada en hechos reales, es un recordatorio de que el cine no solo sirve para entretener, sino también para educar y crear conciencia. Y pos supuesto, la película ha logrado combinar el género de acción con un tema tan profundo y oscuro, ofreciendo al espectador una experiencia intensa y reflexiva.
Yo también la disfruté mucho.
Estoy de acuerdo, yo por lo menos soy de los que les gusta ver películas que terminan transmitiendo y dejando algún mensaje en ellas, por lo que siempre lo he visto como algo más allá de sólo entretenimiento. Ciertamente es una película con mucha más profundidad que lo que se cuenta y se ve, sólo es la punta del iceberg del mundo real.
Creo que ws importante el mensaje que puedes transmitir, así que coincido contigo. Ciertamente hay momento para el cine q entretiene, pero incluso ese, puede enseñarnos algo
yo la quiero ver sólo por ver la actuación de Jim Caviezel. Él es un gran actor que tengo años sin ver en la pantalla grande.
Yo honestamente le desconocía o al menos no recuerdo haberle visto en algún otro lugar, pero me gustó mucho su actuación, vale totalmente la pena.
Ese actor fue el que hizo La Pasión de Cristo de Mel Gibson. Fue su última película. Pero hizo otras muy muy buenas antes de esa, es solo que las cosas cambiaron con la Pasión de Cristo.
Es díficil todo lo que se ve allí, cada minuto mientras se transmite, esta ocurriendo en la vida real en cualquier lugar del mundo. Es desgarrador todo lo que pasa. Gracias por compartir tu reseña.
