Hello superhero lovers. Today I want to talk about what, for me, is the best superhero movie I've ever seen in my life. One of the mega productions, if not the biggest mega production that Marvel Studios has bet to make to end a saga and an entire era that, after this audiovisual wonder, would completely change the course of an entire cinematic universe. This is the direct sequel to the previous film "Avengers: Infinity War" which is also directed by brothers Anthony and Joe Russo. The film was distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures and achieved an incredible success at the box office surpassing $2.7 billion, positioning it later as the second highest grossing film in all of history, just below "Avatar".

With a running time of three hours (being the longest movie Marvel Studios has produced to date) this film features an incredible cast of actors, including Robert Downey Jr, Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Paul Rudd and many more. This movie also has a perfect blend of action, sci-fi, drama along with a script and story that is as well developed as it is deep. This is the best movie I can recommend to any Marvel superhero fan who hasn't seen it yet. It is also the reason why you need to watch the previous superhero movies of the said franchise without exception. One of the best works ever made that is unlikely to be repeated again in the history of modern cinema.

Esta es la secuela directa de la anterior película de “Avengers: Infinity War” la cual también está dirigida por los hermanos Anthony y Joe Russo. La película fue distribuida por Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures y consiguió un increíble éxito en taquilla superando los 2.700 millones de dólares, posicionándose después como la segunda película más taquillera de toda la historia, justo por debajo de “Avatar”.

Con una duración de tres horas (siendo la película más larga que Marvel Studios ha producido hasta la fecha) esta cinta cuenta con un increíble elenco de actores, entre los cuales se encuentran Robert Downey Jr, Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Paul Rudd y muchos más. Plot

After the events of "Avengers: Infinity War" and a tragic scene of Clint Barton with his family, the film opens with our favorite hero, Tony Stark (Iron Man) along with Gamora in a ship stranded in space for several days. On the verge of starving to death, Tony sees a light approaching, this being Carol Danvers (Captain Marvel) who went to look for them to return them to Earth. Arriving, they meet with the few survivors, among them Steve Rogers (Captain America), Natasha Romanoff (Black Widow), Bruce Banner (Hulk) and Thor. In a meeting, they try to find Thanos' location, which they get on an uninhabited planet. They go, but without Tony because he is in no condition to fight. When they get there, they find the titan with no army, no weapons, no one, just living in a house in the middle of the countryside. The Avengers corner him and interrogate him, telling him what he did with the Infinity Gems, answering that he destroyed them so he would never use them again. Thanos dies decapitated by Thor all enraged.

Five years pass and Scott Lang (Ant Man) manages to leave the Quantum Realm (after the events of Ant-Man and The Wasp). Luego de los sucesos ocurridos en “Avengers: Infinity War” y una escena trágica de Clint Barton con su familia, la película inicia con nuestro héroe favorito, Tony Stark (Iron Man) junto con Gamora en una nave varada en el espacio por varios días. A punto de morir de hambre, Tony ve una luz que se acerca, siendo esta Carol Danvers (Capitana Marvel) la cual fue a buscarlos para regresarlos a la tierra. Llegando, estos se reúnen con los pocos sobrevivientes, entre ellos Steve Rogers (Capitán América), Natasha Romanoff (Black Widow), Bruce Banner (Hulk) y Thor. After having seen this movie once and five or even ten times (I can't quite remember), I can confirm for myself that it is the best cinematic masterpiece that Marvel Studios has dared to produce in its entire history. The incredible level of production, script, performances and special effects is so impressive that the film has won numerous awards and nominations for them. It is not for nothing that it ended up being the second highest grossing film in all of history, as its impact with audiences, critics and popular culture was so great that even now, 5 years later, it is still a hell of a lot better than every film that has been released today, bar none. And it is not too much to say that this movie conveys endless emotions, with 3 full hours of action, drama, comedy and fiction, being an excellent mix of everything Marvel has produced to date, but on a much larger scale.

Luego de haber visto esta película una y cinco o hasta diez veces (no recuerdo bien), puedo confirmar por mí mismo que es la mejor obra maestra cinematográfica que Marvel Studios se ha atrevido a producir en toda su historia. El increíble nivel de producción, guión, actuaciones y efectos especiales es tan impresionante que la película ha ganado numerosos premios y nominaciones por ellos. Among so many good things that can be said about this movie, one of them is the tremendous affection they gave to each and every one of the characters by developing and interpreting them so well that it is difficult to get one that you do not like (well, I did get one and it was Captain Marvel). This we see him with a kind of mourning in the first minutes stranded in space with a dangerous cyborg as a companion, moments before one of the best scenes that Robert has managed to interpret. The evolution we see of the character during this film is so incredible that it's not for nothing that he deserves an Oscar for it. The ending... well... one of the best ever interpreted and produced, being one of the best characters of all time.

But not everything is focused on the genius and philanthropist who started and ended an entire era, but also the acting and interpretation of other characters such as Clint Barton by Jeremy Renner, Steve Rogers by Chris Evans and Natasha Romanoff by Scarlett Johansson also take their merit each as we see them all carry a particular mourning and development very noticeable during the film. While I didn't really like what they did with the Hulk, mixing him with the mind and personality of Bruce Banner by Mark Ruffalo, it's to be accepted that he did a remarkable job, getting funny and unforgettable moments. Paul Rudd takes always his protagonism when playing Scott Lang in this movie as well, after his contribution towards the solution of the universal situation they have, this one shows us a more experienced and prepared Ant-Man, although just as funny and charismatic as always. Finally, let's talk about Thanos, who is played by the great Josh Brolin, giving us again an impressive demonstration of power, influence and incomparable greatness.

De entre tantas cosas buenas que se pueden hablar de esta película, una de ellas es el tremendo cariño que le dieron a todos y cada uno de los personajes al desarrollarlos e interpretarlos tan bien que es difícil conseguir a uno que no te agrade (bueno, yo sí la conseguí y fue Capitana Marvel). Empezando por el personaje que interpreta el gran Robert Downey Jr, Tony Stark (Iron Man), al cual vemos muy distinto y muchísimo más maduro y reflexivo que antes, con un nuevo miedo que es el de terminar de perder a su familia y que luego consigue desafiar dejándolo todo para salvar el universo. Este lo vemos con una especie de luto en los primeros minutos varado en el espacio con una cyborg peligrosa como compañera, momentos antes de una de las mejores escenas que Robert ha conseguido interpretar. La evolución que vemos del personaje durante esta película es tan increíble que no por nada se merece un Óscar por ello. El final… bueno… de los mejores que se han interpretado y producido en toda la historia, siendo este uno de los mejores personajes de todos los tiempos.

Pero no todo se enfoca al genio y filántropo que inició y le dió fin a toda una era, sino que también la actuación e interpretación de otros personajes como Clint Barton por Jeremy Renner, Steve Rogers por Chris Evans y Natasha Romanoff por Scarlett Johansson también se llevan su mérito cada uno ya que lo vemos a todos llevar un luto y un desarrollo particular muy notable durante la película. Si bien no me agradó mucho lo que hicieron con Hulk, mezclándolo con la mente y personalidad de Bruce Banner de Mark Ruffalo, es de aceptar que hizo un trabajo notable, consiguiendo momentos divertidos e inolvidables. Paul Rudd se lleva siempre su protagonismo al interpretar a Scott Lang en esta película también, luego de su aporte hacia la solución de la situación universal que tienen, este nos demuestra a un Ant-Man más experimentado y preparado, aunque igual de cómico y carismático como siempre. Por último, hablemos de Thanos, el cual es interpretado por el gran Josh Brolin, dándonos de nuevo una impresionante demostración de poder, influencia y grandeza incomparable.

But, what has made this movie stand out above all other Marvel Studios productions are the special effects, which got several awards and nominations for them. The incredible quality of special effects and the excellent CGI that this movie has is too much, leaving us incredible moments and scenes with breathtaking views, color palettes and sound effects that blend quite well with the movie. All this, with an unparalleled soundtrack that surpasses itself this time, giving it a much stronger feeling and sensation than it already transmits every scene, every battle and every situation we see during the whole film; especially the ending, which makes it clear that this movie is the best that Marvel Studios has managed to produce to date.

Personally, I give it a well-deserved 10/10 rating for the action, drama and science fiction genre.

Podríamos hablar más acerca de la historia, la cual está muy bien desarrollada también, incluyendo esta vez el tema de los viajes en el tiempo, lo cual es algo que supieron incluir de una forma que se entendiera y que no arruinara la secuencia entera de la película. Pudimos ver de nuevo escenas memorables de películas icónicas, como lo es la primera de “Avengers” con la batalla en Nueva York. También pudimos disfrutar de escenas repletas de drama, con finales un tanto dolorosos (no daré spoilers). Pero, en lo que más se ha conseguido destacar esta película por sobre todas las demás producciones de Marvel Studios son los efectos especiales, los cuales consiguieron varios premios y nominaciones por ellos. La increíble calidad de efectos especiales y el excelente CGI que tiene esta película es demasiado, dejándonos momentos y escenas increíbles con vistas impresionantes, paletas de colores y efectos de sonido que se mezclan bastante bien con la película. Todo esto, con una banda sonora inigualable que se supera a sí misma esta vez, dándole una sensación y sentimiento muchísimo más fuerte de lo que ya transmite cada escena, cada batalla y cada situación que vemos durante toda la cinta; en especial el final, lo cual nos deja claro que esta película es la mejor que Marvel Studios ha logrado producir hasta la fecha.

Personalmente, le doy una merecida calificación de 10/10 en lo que respecta al género de acción, drama y ciencia ficción.
