La Pelicula empieza con planos generales, paisajes de nieve, que evocan frio, pero tal vez tristeza soledad, demas de que tiene una forma este plano de espiral aurea me parece.

entonces en una entrevista con su doctor se da cuenta que el doctor no lo mira a la cara cuando le a habla y le presta poca importancia a lo que dice

Entonces conoce a un paciente que le pregunta cuantos dedos ve y el responde 4 el paciente le reclama por la mala respuesta

despues el va a visitar a Artur y le vuleve a preguntar por la mano y cuantos dedos ve, el dice que 4, el sle dice no te enfoques en el problema mirame a mi no al problema y vio 8 dedos, tienes que ver lo que los demas no ven, lo que todos han decidido no ver por temor conformidad o pereza

2 años despues, se ve en plano general la placa de la universidad de Virginia que Patch de va a estudiar medicina.

En un discurso del director de la universidad se nota que no esta deacuerdo con los objetivos de los doctores y se le nota en la cara mientras que los demas estan contentos
In a speech by the director of the university, it is clear that he does not agree with the objectives of the doctors and it shows on his face while the others are happy.
Aqui le explica a su amigo que quiere ser doctor para ayudar conectarse con la gente para ofrecer consejos y esperanza.

Despues logra entrar a una practica , sin permiso porque tiene que cumplir 3 años para poder ver pacientes lo cual el no esta de acuerdo y por eso se mete, y en esta toma se ve como tratan casi ignorando al paciente ni le preguntan como se llama
Then he manages to enter a practice, without permission because he has to serve 3 years to see patients which he does not agree and so he gets in, and in this shot you can see how they treat almost ignoring the patient or ask him what his name is.

Despues estan estudiando en la biblioteca y el saca el tema de nuevo de por que esperan tanto para tratar a los pacientes, hasta el 3 er año que es demasiado tiempo
Empieza entonces a ir mas seguido a jugar con los pacientes y animarlos de diferentes maneras con disfraaces, muñecos, y hasta las enfermeras lo ayudan
He then started to go more often to play with the patients and encourage them in different ways with costumes, dolls, and even the nurses helped him.
Se da cuenta que va hacer muy dificil cambiar las normas del hospital y funda su propio hospital con la ayuda de Artur, los mismos pacientes tambien ayudan al mantenimiento del hospital
