I didn’t think I’d be able to sit through to see a single movie from the start till end because I always end up falling asleep. But it seems I’m doing better at it because I haven’t seen a series in a long time.

I’ve seen about 3 single movies in just 5 days and today, I’d like to share the most interesting one with you. Who knows, you might like it.

THE PLOT

As teens, we all feel giddy when we’re about hitting 18. Elliot , a young girl living with her family in the country side finds herself trying out some mushroom high with her best friends Ro and Rutthie for her 18th birthday.

To them, it was just a new experience. But little did Elliot expect to come face to face with her 39 years old self after getting high. Much to her surprise, she’s able to still reach her older self on phone the next day even after she wasn’t high anymore. As anyone would do, you’d love to know how your life has been , what to do and what not to do and all of the advice you can possibly get.

That’s exactly what Elliot does and with this, she gets to fix her relationship with her family by hanging out and spending more time with them. But, when it comes to staying away from Chad, a young guy spending the summer with his extended family as her older self advised. She finds herself not being able to stick to that warning.

MY THOUGHTS AND RATING

The first thing that made me continue seeing this movie was the sense of humor. Man, I can say I laughed for most parts of the movie. Also,I must admit that the production was top notch. The scenery, characters and everything was just perfect.

Moving on, this movie thought me to live life as it comes, making sure to enjoy every moment because you never know what would happen in the future. Instead of worrying about what would happen tomorrow, why not live today first.

I’d rate this show a 10/10 and I surely would recommend it to anyone who has about an hour and 30 minutes to spare.
