Have I seen Korean movies before? Yes! American movies? Yes! How about German movies? What’s that? Didn’t think they ever existed.

Not for once in my twenty something years of living did I ever think I’d see a German movie in my life with subtitles. Now guys, let’s give it up for Disney+. I was so shocked to start this series only to find them speaking a language that’s not English or Korean. I mean, that’s what we’ve all been used to for a while now.

But yeah, let’s dive into the real deal

THE PLOT

Pauline, a 19 years old girl finds herself hooking up with a random guy, Lukas on a normal day after her bestfriend, Tony advised her to go out more and meet people.

Little did Pauline know she was going to get pregnant for this Lucas guy while also receiving the biggest shocks and revelations of her life.

For starters, she found out Lukas was the son of the devil which meant she was carrying a devil in her belly . Yes, the actual devil and the world was divided between the devils and the angels and only they knew about it while other humans went about their daily lives.

But, is she ready to find out who her late father really was and who was guilty for his death? You’d have to find out.

MY THOUGHTS AND REVIEWS

To be honest, this series actually blew my mind because I never expected to see a show like this. What I expected was the usual shows we see with the same plot as always. But I guess I was wrong this time.

The whole idea of the movie might have possibly been to give the viewers something new and I’d say the director’s achieved just that, right on point. The visuals, the characters and everything was just on point. So, an 8/10 for this show is wouldn’t be bad.

And I’d most definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a twist in their movie life. Happy binging, movie lovers!
