I’ve seen him in real life at one of the RHS shows where he chatted with Joe Swift of Gardeners World about his career as a grocer and an interest in allotments up at Malvern. He was cheeky and every bit the guy you see on TV.

It’s bad he’s had to step away from work on the BBC and banter these days is a risky business even if in jest but it winds me up when men behave like this around women, especially in high profile jobs; they should know better.
