Behind the Oscars 🏆🐕 [ENG-ESp]
Since I was little I have liked movies with animals included, I started since I saw Benji, White Fang, Black Beauty and much more, I never imagined seeing one of them at the Oscars in 2024.
Let's talk about Messi, he is a Border Collie born in France, he is 8 years old and won the Golden Palm at the Cannes Film Festival, his owner is Laura Martinez Continia, 8 years ago she didn't think her dog would participate in a movie, she got Messi from a litter of 8 puppies in the outskirts of France, he was the black bee of that litter, small and very ugly, but she got him and set out to train him for her.
Messi got the role in the movie Anatomy of a Fall for his performance at the Festival, in his role where he plays Snoop, a guide dog who accompanies a visually impaired boy. His mother is accused of murdering his father and the story revolves around the trial to clarify whether it was a crime or a suicide.
Now here's where it's at, Messi gave a very good performance in the movie but the one that took the prize the most was where the dog was poisoned and falls to the ground, when trying to pick him up he plays dead and his face is the same. that's where the director said to leave it at that, that took everyone's hearts.
The unusual reason, which I don't know why they couldn't, was because he is a Dog and that "several of the companies with nominated films complained about his presence before the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences". this was after Messi attended the Berbely Hilton Hotel Luncheon where he stole all the looks of the attendees. even I would look at messi because he is the only Dog that is in there. hahahahahaha I had to laugh.
At the end Messi could go to the Oscars and have a seat as a real star, he was only there for a few moments, for us it was eternal, I hope that in the future this will be repeated and give more interest to the 4-legged companions.
Desde pequeña me han gustado las películas con animales incluidos, comencé desde que vi Benji, Colmillo Blanco, Belleza negra y mucho más, nunca imaginé ver a uno de ellos en los Oscares del 2024.
Hablemos de Messi, el es un Border Collie que nació en Francia, tiene 8 años y ganó la palma de Oro del Festival de Cannes, su dueña es Laura Martinez Continia, hace 8 años atrás no pensaba que su perro participa es una película, ella obtuvo a Messi de una camada de 8 cachorros a las afueras de Francia, era la abeja negra de esa camada, pequeño y muy feito, pero lo obtuvo y se propuso a a entrenarlo para ella.
Messi obtuvo el papel de la Película Anatomía de una Caída por su desempeño en el Festival, en su Papel en donde interpreta a Snoop, un perro guía que acompaña a un chico visualmente discapacitado. Su madre es acusada de haber asesinado al padre y la historia gira en torno al juicio para esclarecer si fue un crimen o un suicidio.
Ahora aquí es donde está la cosa,Messi hizo muy buena actuación en la película pero la que más se llevó el premio fue donde al perro lo envenenaron y cae al suelo, cuando tratando levantarlo se hace el muerto y su cara igual. allí es donde el director dijo que lo dejaran así, eso se llevó los corazones de todos.
La insólita razón, que no se porque no se podía, era porque es un Perro y que “varias de las compañías con películas nominadas se quejaron de su presencia ante la Academia de Artes y Ciencias Cinematográficas”. esto fue luego de que Messi asistió al Almuerzo Hotel Berbely Hilton donde robo todas las miradas de los asistentes. hasta yo Miraria a messi porque es el unico Perro que esta en alli. jajaajaj Me tenia que reir.
Al final Messi pudo ir a los Oscares y tener un asiento como una verdadera estrella, solo estuvo por unos momentos, para nosotros fue eterno, espero que a futuro esto se repita y le den mas interés a los compañeros de 4 patas.
