The Awareness 2023: Movie Review (A Total disaster of a Sci-fi Movie)

I have always been a lover of Sci-fi Movies, I love actions mixes with Thriller and Comedy.
But After watching this Sci-fi Movie (Awareness 2023) , I totally regret why I wasted my time coz WTF is all this dumb plot about, I guess those writers and film producers are not aware of how dumb the movie is.
Awareness is a 2023 Spanish-American science-fiction action thriller film that, despite its intriguing premise, falls short in its execution.
For me I love the Thriller and sci-fi aspects but the plot of the movie was lame.
spoilers: at the End of the Movie I keep yelling, Why the hell didn't Vicente just tell IAN the truth, why must he have to be in a dying state because revealing what would have helped the young mutant, how about the Virtual or Illusion Girlfriend(andrina) , why are we still seeing her even when Ian knows the Truth of the Agents and Perceptors.
Anyway guys let's delve into the plot
The movie started with Ian, a teenage rebel with the extraordinary ability to project visual illusions into the minds of others. However, after losing control of his abilities in public (This seen in the first scene between Ian and Vincent), a secret agency begins to pursue him, leading Ian to discover that his life has been a lie. His father was not actually his biological father (Vicente was an agent too but he was instructed by Ian's mum to take Ian away from the Agency's facilities).
Any at the End of the movie, Ian was able to fully control his power and bring down his adversaries, we can also see that he was still with his Imaginary girlfriend.
Although there are a lot of Critics have panned the movie, pointless and also a weak plot filled with clichés and inconsistencies.
But me personally I love The film's attempt to create a narrative that explores the idea that perception creates reality comes across as unconvincing .
The plot is messed up, with too many layers of conspiracy that are left unexplained. The movie's failure to provide clear explanations for its complex concepts makes it difficult to become invested in the story.

One of the major issues with "Awareness" is its poor character development. Ian, the protagonist and the star of the show, shows a very impulsive and acts which are against his best interests, making it hard to root for him, it's just as if all through the movie, he never really hold a grasp of the reality. The supporting characters are also underdeveloped, with unclear motivations and backstory.
But then on a positive Note, the movie's cinematography and action choreography have been praised.
Overall for me I think "Awareness" is a disappointing sci-fi thriller which fully fails to deliver on its promising premise. With a weak plot, unconvincing narrative, and poor character development, it's a movie that's hard to recommend. Even fans of the genre may find themselves underwhelmed by the film's lack of originality and depth.
My overall Rating for Awareness is: 4/10 stars.
Not Recommendation this movie for anyone: although some people might have another view but Unless you're a die-hard fan of sci-fi thrillers, it's best to skip "Awareness" and look for more compelling options in the genre.
