CINE TV REVIEW: BACK IN ACTION
Good day everyone. Welcome to my blog once again. In today’s review, this movie, back in action, has captured my heart once again with its exciting and dangerous thrills. I literally had to watch this movie twice to get it into my system. It's the kind of movie you can watch as a family. It is very entertaining and filled with a lot of action. Jamie Foxx and Cameroon Diaz really outdid themselves in this action-comedy.
The movie centers around two CIA spy agents who decide to give up their career and remain invincible in order to start and raise a family together away from all the hassles required in their job. For fifteen years, they succeed in remaining hidden and undetected with two beautiful kids of their own. With time, they begin to miss their jobs and all the actions. Having not the slightest understanding of how to deal with children of this modern-day generation, they spy on their kids, thinking it's a good parenting strategy. However, the children do not believe their parents, knowing they are good liars and, at a point, believe their criminals.
This movie takes you on a journey filled with adventure. It's the kind that keeps your eyes glued to the screen from the beginning to the end. The best part I love about it, is when the two parents discover their underage daughter uses a fake ID to get into a club, and they end up fighting with some young people at the club, creating a lot of drama and blowing their cover.
The chase throughout the whole movie and how the family successfully navigates it and work together at the end to stop a potential explosion throughout the city makes it worth your time. Coupled with the fighting and gunshots along with the occasional funny scenes, balances it out and makes it a real action movie you would definitely enjoy.
One significant thing I derived from this movie is how, despite the whole action, it still manages to pass across a very important message about family and parenting. It focuses on the fact that the way you relate with your kids will determine the kind of relationship you could both share, which could either be a good one or not.
In all, my favorite would be Jamie Foxx and Cameroon Diaz. The way they worked together to make this movie an enjoyable one was crazy. They had this great chemistry and acted like the perfect couple who deeply cared for their kids and would do anything to protect them even though they somehow went about it the wrong way by lying constantly but still, it was amazing. To rate this movie, I would give it an 8/10.
