(ENG/SPA) The Last of Us: Future Days without Spoilers, HBOMax Review
I am very scared to see what is coming in this second season of The Last of Us and that is exciting because the series has managed to make its characters through their actors in history connect with me and make me care about them, this kind of feeling is the best when I see this kind of products either series or movies and I'm sure many of you also perceive the same about this great series.
This is a Spoiler Free Review just to share my emotions when watching this first episode of the second season titled “Future Days” and the rising trend of the conflict that is mutating and evolving little by little just like the characteristic Mushroom of this story.
It's been a few years since that pleasant surprise we saw in the first season where for me the best is Pedro Pascal as Joel Miller, Bella Ramsey as Ellie is not in itself the element that hooked me to this story, who achieved it was Pedro Pascal, that stoic way with which prevails in his decision making, I envy that way of being to do things without hesitation.
Estoy con mucho miedo de ver lo que se viene en esta segunda Temporada de The Last of Us y eso es Emocionante porque la serie ha logrado que sus personajes a través de sus actores en historia conecten conmigo y logren que me preocupe por ellos, este tipo de sensaciones es de lo mejor cuando veo este tipo de productos ya sea series o películas y estoy seguro muchos de ustedes también perciben lo mismo sobre esta grandiosa serie.
Esta es una Reseña sin Spoilers solo para compartir mis emociones al ver este primer episodio de la segunda temporada titulado "Future Days" y la tendencia en alza del conflicto que va mutando y evolucionando poco a poco tal y como lo hace el Hongo característico de esta historia.
Han pasado algunos años desde esa grata sorpresa que vimos en la primera temporada donde para mi lo mejor es Pedro Pascal como Joel Miller, Bella Ramsey como Ellie no es en sí el elemento que me engancho a esta historia, quien lo logro fue Pedro Pascal, ese modo estoico con el que prevalece en su toma de decisiones, envidio esa forma de ser al hacer las cosas sin titubear.
With the above I basically indicate that I loved that first season except for one episode that I found quite heavy haha, minor details when evaluated globally, therefore all that I connect with the excitement of finally being able to see the continuation of this story in its second season that in its first chapter raises the basis of the conflict in a quiet but with a lot of feeling.
I don't see an evolution of characters or at least I don't perceive it that way since Ellie keeps doing stupid things that put the characters at risk, I don't like this kind of things about her because I would really like to see her become aware of the Hongoso world in which she lives so seeing her play takes me out of the story sometimes haha.
Some will say that this is part of adolescence and that's where I have more conflict because that rebellion without cause makes the stories or narratives become silly unnecessarily, contrary to what happens with Joel Miller that although I do not see an evolution in him as a character in this transition of years between the events of the first season and the beginning of the second .... I see in The Conviction of an Atlas that carries the weight of the decisions he has made without regret and this narratively speaking if that is preciously attractive to see for me.
Con lo anterior básicamente les indico que me encanto esa primera temporada excepto por un episodio que si me pareció bastante pesado jaja, detalles menores al evaluarlo a nivel global, por tanto todo eso lo conecto con la emoción de al fin poder ver la continuación de esta historia en su segunda temporada que en su primer capitulo plantea las bases del conflicto de una manera tranquila pero con mucho sentimiento.
No veo una evolución de personajes o al menos yo no lo percibo así ya que Ellie sigue haciendo tonterías continuamente que ponen en riesgo a los personajes, este tipo de cosas no me agrada de ella porque sí de verdad quisiera ver que tome consciencia del mundo Hongoso en el que vive entonces verla jugar me saca de historia a veces jaja.
Algunos dirán que eso es parte de la adolescencia y es allí donde tengo mas conflicto porque esa rebeldía sin causa hace que las historias o narrativas se vuelvan bobas innecesariamente, cosa contraría a lo que sucede con Joel Miller que a pesar de que tampoco veo una evolución en el como personaje en esta transición de años entre los hechos de la primera temporada e inicio de la segunda.... Veo en el La Convicción de un Atlas que carga con el peso de las decisiones que ha tomado sin arrepentimiento y esto narrativamente hablando si que es preciosamente atractivo de ver para mi.
I don't want to get bogged down in this review with the main characters of which you have already noticed that I am happy with Pedro Pascal and that I expect more in Ellie's growth as a character.
The ones I want to mention are those new secondary characters that are attractive elements of the story, risky because they are the ones we don't know, pleasantly I comment that I achieved immediate connection with Dina, Ellie's contemporary friend in age, the actress gives a charming personality to this character, I marveled, I cared about her and I really want to continue seeing more of her teenage follies.
It is right here where I draw a contrast between Dina and Ellie where I love Dina because of the life that comes out of her for the story, Ellie on the other hand I have a hard time seeing that life in her. Regardless of the above, I am happy with the introduction of this secondary character of whom I want to know your opinion in comments because I am in love with Dina and I hope with all my being nothing happens to her, that's why I name the fear at the beginning of this post because I would be sorry to lose her as it happened with the great Tess, I miss Tess a lot in fact I want to dedicate a post to that good character of the first season.
No quiero estancarme en esta reseña con los protagonistas de los cuales ya han notado que estoy contento con Pedro Pascal y que espero mas en el crecimiento como personaje de Ellie.
A quienes quiero nombrar son esos personajes secundarios nuevos que son elementos atractivos de la historia arriesgados porque son a los que no conocemos, gratamente les comento que logre conexión inmediata con Dina la amiga contemporánea en edad de Ellie, la actriz le otorga una personalidad encantadora a este personaje, me maravillo, me preocupe por ella y vaya que si quiero seguir viendo mas de sus locuras adolescentes.
Es justo aquí donde establezco un contraste entre Dina y Ellie donde Dina me encanta por la vida que brota de ella para la historia, en cambio Ellie me cuesta ver esa vida en ella. Independientemente de lo anterior, estoy contento con la introducción de este personaje secundario del cual es quien mas quiero saber tu opinión en comentarios porque yo quede enamorado de Dina y espero con todo mi ser no le pase nada, por eso nombre el miedo al principio de este post porque ella si me daría pesar perderla así como sucedió con la gran Tess, extraño mucho a Tess de hecho quiero dedicarle un post a ese buen personaje de la primera temporada.
Finally, if you are a casual viewer who is reading me and you have not yet joined the sea of fans of this story, I totally invite you to watch it because it has a good dose of feelings within its apocalyptic world, it reminds me a lot of The Walking Dead but it has solidly its individual characteristic to forge its own universe.
For those who already watched the first season, this already started on HBO Max, there I am watching it and I like that at the end of the episode they give us the creative thoughts of writer and director, that's why I mentioned about Ellie's maturity because they name it but I don't agree with that at all because I keep seeing her doing silly things haha.
Now if my conclusion, I'm a fan of the zombie world to the max and see this version of Fungus is a genius, human conflicts adorn the story well but what I want to see are monsters causing chaos and the addition I saw in this first episode of the second season raised me something very attractive that I definitely invite you to know it because it looks like all that will take development throughout the second season.
I'm happy to finally be able to follow The Last of Us again Sunday by Sunday.
Ya para finalizar si eres espectador casual que me esta leyendo y aun no te unes al mar de fans de esta historia, te invito totalmente a ver porque tiene buena dosis de sentimientos dentro de su mundo a apocalíptico, me recuerda mucho a The Walking Dead pero tiene sólidamente su característica individual para forjar su propio Universo.
Para aquellos que ya vieron la primera temporada, ya esto inicio en HBO Max, allí la estoy viendo y me agrada que al final del episodio nos dan los pensamientos creativos de guionista y director, por eso mencione lo de la madurez de Ellie porque ellos lo nombran pero para nada estoy de acuerdo con eso porque la sigo viendo haciendo tonterías jaja.
Ahora si mi conclusión, soy Fan a mas no poder del mundo zombie y ver esta versión de Hongos es una genialidad, los conflictos humanos adornan bien la historia pero yo lo que quiero ver son monstruos causar el caos y el agregado que vi en este primer episodio de la segunda temporada me planteo algo muy atractivo que definitivamente los invito a conocerlo porque se ve todo eso tomara desarrollo a lo largo de la segunda temporada.
Estoy contento de al fin poder volver a seguir Domingo a Domingo The Last of Us.

Empezamos con fuerza, aún así, me hubiese gustado que la estructura narrativa estuviese más acercada a la del videojuego (siento que la tragedia que ocurrirá más adelante tiene más sentido si ocurría en el primer episodio).
Pedro Pascal hizo un trabajo estupendo, la escena con la psicológica es una locura.
