Wow 🤩, this is literally the very first time in a long while I’ve enjoyed another k.drama actor who isn’t my favorite actor Lee min ho, I never knew I could enjoy this beautiful series the way I did and I won’t deny the fact that it met up with my expectations and standards…
I started watching this movie about seven to ten days ago with the intention of getting rid of my boredom and stress after watching a particular Chinese series of about 43 episodes and the ending was not up to my expectations, like I expected more from the series but it’s ending was quite disappointing and that just turned off my interest for watching other series for quite a while, not until about 10 days ago when I decided to try another Korean drama out again, since the last series I watched was a Chinese series and after going through every free movie site, I wasn’t getting the type of genre I wanted until I went to my Netflix and found this particular k.drama titled; MAN TO MAN…
I never knew this Korean drama was going to be this interesting because of the title, I had to just watch it with one mind and hoped for a good ending, and guess what? I am just too good at judging how beautiful a movie will be just from its summary and the first three episodes and I wasn’t wrong in this either…
Well that was just an introduction to the review I am going to be sharing today, as said above, the title of the Korean drama I will be reviewing today is MAN TO MAN…
I am sure you guys might be thinking this series is going to be supporting gayness and stuffs, this was what I thought when I came across the series title lol, I was like hope this is not what I am thinking it is hehe, i decided to give it a try by watching with one mind and heart…
Then I started watching the series after reading the summary of the whole series from Netflix and I saw that it was not what I thought it was but I was still not convinced hehe, so i decided to just keep watching and guess what? I am happy I didn’t shy away from the series…
Man to man is very good Korean drama, it has a good plot and follow up storyline, the main characters were exceptional in their roles, the main actor and actress of the series actually played a very beautiful role in this series, the scenes were authentic, the performance was flawless and I can say I enjoyed watching the series from the beginning to end…
BRIEF SUMMARY OF MAN TO MAN…
Man to man featured PARK HAE-JIN as Kim seol-woo and KIM MIN-JUNG as Ch do-ha in this action-based romcom series, which means equal share of romance and action…
Sniper Kim seol-woo is a special NIS agent, he is a ghost agent and a ghost agent are meant to be anonymous, they don’t have one identity, their identity is based on their mission, they have no families or backgrounds, everything about them is off record including their family, they are ghosts, they work in the shadow…
Kim seol-woo is a ghost agent who was tasked by the NIS to find and retrieve three statues from three different parts of the world and in different ways, using different means and identities…
These three statues contain one key broken into three different pieces and hidden in each statue, it was sent to three different countries and under tight security and vigilance by a particular man, the statues contain the key to his slush funds…
Kim seol-woo who is the main actor of this series was tasked to retrieve these statues by all means necessary, Kim had to play different roles to acquire this statues, he acted as body guard, lover boy, and priest, he was just too good at this roles…
He retrieved the first key in an exhibition in Russia and came to Korea as a body guard to retrieve the second key, in the process of retrieving the second key, he had to fake feelings for Cha do-ha who was the main key to finding the second key…
While faking feelings, things went sideways and he started to develop real feelings for cha do-ha who is a loveable girl and things started going wrong as he wasn’t supposed to fall in love on a mission…
Cha do-ha became his weakness and that was how he had to do everything possible to keep her safe after she became a target in his mission…
To know how it ended, I strongly recommend you to watch the movie, it is a 2017 series but it is top notch…
In summary, my highlights of the series was when Kim had to quit being an NIS agent just to get back cha do-ha from the hands of the kidnappers and when he fell in love with Do-ha on a mission, it was pretty interesting ahah…
In conclusion, there are no faults in this series and I am rating it a 9/10, I strongly recommend it for you all, don’t miss out on this epic series, I promise you will enjoy it, see what happened to kim seol- woo, cha do-ha, slush funds and the bad guys(NIS director)…
