Lee-min-ho is a very good actor and there is no doubt about the fact that he is loved by almost everyone in the world, he is one of the most talented actors in the industry and I have been watching his series for more than 8 years now, I started with one of his most viewed series titled THE HEIRS, it has been years since I saw this series but I will be watching it again soon and after then I will be giving an awesome review of it...

I am an all-time lover of Korean dramas, If not love-based, action-based, romance, and a bit of drama then I wouldn't watch but fortunately for me, Lee-min-ho has been an all-time actor in love and action-based series with a touch of drama, his roles in all his series are epic and perfectly acted and I love every actress paired with him for a series...

Lee-min-ho is one of the best Korean actors in the world and I am sure there are quite some people who agree with me on this point, today I am forced to share a review on one of his most watched series and one of my favorite series of his, it is titled THE KING: ETERNAL MONARCH...

The King: Eternal Monarch is an emotional, romantic, love, and little bit action-based series, This is a movie about royalty, and it is starred by actor Lee-min-ho and actress KIM GO-EUN, Lee plays the role of royalty in this beautiful series, he gives by the name Lee Gon and Go eun plays the role of an ordinary citizen, she went by the name Tae-eul...

This series is based on something I love so much, It is based on an alternate universe/dimensions, which can also be called parallel universe and I will say this particular series met my expectations, Everything about the series, from the actors down to the roles of everyone, their performance in this series is flawless....

The King: Eternal Monarch (2020) is a story of revenge, It all started when Lee Gon's father who was the king of Corea was murdered by his brother, he planned treason just to get possession of a particular object that could help anyone travel back and forth in time, this particular object can open up a portal to a parallel universe where everyone exist in two's...

He had to kill his brother the king to take possession of this particular object, This particular object is a bamboo flute in reality but its usefulness is more than you can think of, for him to kill his brother just to gain possession of it, it must be a very important object...

Lee Gon who was just a young kid had to witness his father's death, he saw his father being killed by his uncle, filled with rage and anger made him do the impossible...

After killing the king, his brother who was the killer takes possession of the bamboo flute, and in tears and anger, the young Lee Gon picks up the sword that was used to kill his father, and while trying to smite his uncle, he cut the manpashikjeok(bamboo flute) into two, this was how the bamboo flute was divided into two, his uncle had one part in his possession while lee-Gon who is the heir to the throne of corea had the second part in his possession...

A lot happened in that scene, The young Lee-gon was almost killed by his uncle but he was saved by someone from the future in a mask, he escaped death that day and that was how his uncle took one part of the manpashikjeok(bamboo flute) and dashed away with it, he opened a breach and traveled to the future where he killed his doppelganger and took his identity to prevent the two of them existing in the same universe...

Years later Lee-Gon has grown up to become a man and he now knows the usefulness of the manpashikjeok(bamboo flute), he one day created a portal with the other half of the bamboo flute and that was how he discovered about the ancient myth of the existence of the parallel universe, he went in and that was how he found out and witnessed the existence of another universe, this was how he met Tae-eul; the main actress and his fate turned around...

It was a modern generation where cars and tech were popularly used while the republic of corea(the universe where Lee-gon actually came from) was filled with ancient stuff, They used horses, and old cars and dressed in royal/traditional attires...

Mehn, there is a lot to this movie and I will be stopping here for now because there are lots of shocking revelations, you should watch it to know better...

The best part of this series which remains my highlight is when Lee-gon traveled to the future on the back of his horse, I couldn't stop laughing while watching, he was in his royal attire and was on the back of a horse with an unrecognized currency in his wallet, everything about him was different, they couldn't find his identity or his family because he is not a citizen of Korea(his current universe in the future), mehn I enjoyed this part, he looked like an alien to the people in the future...

My second highlight of this movie is when Lee-gon brought Tae Eul to his universe to convince her of the existence of a parallel universe, he took her to the past on his horse and she eventually believed all that he had been saying to her about the existence of parallel universe, You need to watch this part haha...

In summary, love bloomed between two different people from two different universes, is it possible??, I love everything about this series, it is one of the best and I am rating this series a 10 out of 10 because it started and ended well...

In conclusion, THE KING: ETERNAL MONARCH is a very good series and I am recommending it to you all if you haven't seen it, I am sure @merit.ahama must have seen it, anyway That is that about that, Fox signing out now, good night friends...
