In the final moments of the movie everything comes to full circle The wildcats won their game the Decathlon team triumphs and Troy and Gabriella land the lead roles in the musical with students cheering and singing together to the feel good anthem ‘We are All in This Together‘
At the end they all graduated with flying colours each one given the opportunity to pursue their own dreams and career
The movie ends with a renewed sense of unity at East High where students realize that they don't have to be defined by a single label and also be real you can be a jock and a singer a brainiac and a performer more importantly you can follow your heart even when it takes you somewhere unexpected
