one of my most favourites kdrama''TWINKLING WATERMELON''review

This drama is one of most hyped K-dramas(for a reason). I saw many Instagram reels back when this drama was released and for some reasons most probably the comedy I couldn't resist myself watching it.

so the drama starts with two brothers RYEON as HA-EUN-GYUL and BONG JAE HYUN as EUN-HO.EUN -HO* *was deaf and mute as well.so HA-EUN-GYUL was kind of his translator. same goes for his mother and father. He was the only person who in his family can speaks and life was full of responsibilities and he was tired of them.

he wanted to sing in a band but can't tell his father because of his expectations from him to become a doctor.one day he was coming back home asking GOD why his life is like this. He went to a guitar shop and when he came out of shop he was in 1995.
and the very first person he met their was his father choi-hyun-wook as ha-yi-chan.

The BIGGEST PLOT TWIST in the drama was HA-EUN-GYE0L father who can speak in past. But how is it possible that he can't speak in 2023.and that he also wanted to become a singer in the band. And he became one but he could not continue his career as a singer because of the accident.

Then HA-EUN-GYEOL remember that his father mentioned an accident that changed his life. and then HA-EUN-GYEOL tried to prevent that accident in the past to make sure his father can have voice to sing.

HA-EUN-GYEOL also met his mother who was mute as the present but did not know the sign language because her stepmother won't let her do that.so HA-EUN-GYEOL helped her learn sign language by fighting against her mother.
That was the story of his parents.
Their was another women who was HA-YI-CHAN first crush. But HA-EUN-GYEOL tried his best to not let them fall in love.

the SECOND BIGGEST PLOT TWIST *was that crush of his father se-kyung was actually in the USA and the person he was crushing at that moment was the daughter of his crush who look exactly as her mother and time travelled too.
When HA-EUN-GYEOL and daughter of HI-YI-CHAN fell in love.

SADDEST TWIST at last the accident HA-EUN-GYEOL was trying to prevent happened and he could not prevent it that leads his father into conditions he was in 2023.i cried my heart out at that point.
This was the drama. And it actually shows how are parents suffered in their youth too just like HA-EUN-GYEOL father and mother.so we should understand our parents.

I personally really really loved this drama cause of unexpected plot twists,romance,comedy it won't let you bore even for a
second. There was also very funny and cute friend activities that was very fun to watch.

Highly recommended to anyone who enjoys time travels and twists. I will give the series 10 out of 10.go and watch and don't forget to share reviews with me 😍
