Dark (netflix series review)

Excelente jueves para todos, hoy seguimos con las rondas de series que me he visto durante las últimas semanas, y la verdad es que estaba un poco dudoso de dar mi perspectiva sobre esta que les traigo hoy, pues, porque no me ha gustado del todo y siento que muchas cosas no las entendí.

Esta es una serie de esas que hay que prestar mucha atención y tener una excelente memoria, tanto para las fechas como para con los nombres de cada personaje, pues hay interacción con las mismas personas no solo en una dimensión, hablamos de 3 tiempos diferentes también.

Bueno esa parte de la dimensión es un agregado extra de la última temporada de Dark, una serie cuyo nombre no tengo la más remota idea de su relación dado que aquí no solo se habla de oscuridad sino también de la luz como dos elementos que están luchando entre sí.

Voy a aprovechar aquí mismo para hablar en general de toda la serie y no por temporadas ya que son tres, y si, esta tiene un final, no hay que esperar si Netflix acepta una temporada más o la decepción de su cancelación.

This is one of those series that you have to pay close attention and have an excellent memory, both for the dates and for the names of each character, because there is interaction with the same people not only in one dimension, we are talking about 3 different times as well.


Well that part of the dimension is an extra addition of the last season of Dark, a series whose name I have no idea of its relationship since here we are not only talking about darkness but also about light as two elements that are fighting each other.


I'm going to take advantage right here to talk in general about the whole series and not by seasons since there are three, and yes, this one has an ending, no need to wait if Netflix accepts one more season or the disappointment of its cancellation.

En Dark se habla de que siempre hay un origen para los sucesos, e incluso se hacen varias hipótesis de lo que realmente fue el inicio del fin. El problema es que esta última frase se vuelve un diálogo, o más bien un disco rallado pues cada rato lees y escuchas de los personajes decir que el inicio es el fin y el fin es el inicio.

Básicamente intentan mantener la expectativa de nosotros con esta frase que en su momento te aseguro que le vas a tomar cierta rabia. Aunque ciertamente lo que se demuestra en la serie es que el final de algo es el inicio del mismo, pues sucede un evento mismo dentro de un ciclo bastante vicioso.

Antes de dar un poco más a detalle sobre este evento, se muestra primero un suicidio sin explicación que obviamente se va dando razones con el desarrollo de la serie, pero se vuelve todo un rollo, y literal es así cuando se descubre el poder viajar en el tiempo, pues a pesar de que no se cambia el presente por dicho pasado, el futuro en si, lo hace.

Puede sonar bastante confuso, y verse de este modo durante la serie, pero es que los eventos aquí no se ven afectados por el presente, realmente el futuro en si es lo que afecta tanto el pasado como el presente de estas personas, y de allí vuelve el dicho de que el inicio es el fin y el fin el inicio de algo.

Although certainly what is demonstrated in the series is that the end of something is the beginning of it, as an event itself happens within a rather vicious cycle.


Before giving a bit more detail about this event, it first shows a suicide without explanation that obviously is giving reasons with the development of the series, but it becomes a whole roll, and literally so when you discover the power to travel in time, because although the present is not changed by the past, the future itself, it does.


It may sound quite confusing, and look this way during the series, but the events here are not affected by the present, really the future itself is what affects both the past and the present of these people, and hence the saying that the beginning is the end and the end is the beginning of something.

De este modo se le hace justicia a la frase, solo que hay tres escenarios diferentes acá, primero tenemos al hijo del suicida que descubre el pase de los tiempos y la verdad sobre su nacimiento; que por cierto es bastante retorcido.

También en las otras temporadas se muestra el punto de vista de Martha quien es la chica que se robó el corazón de este joven pero quien vive en otra dimensión bajo básicamente la misma vida del primero, es decir, es como ella fuese él, y todos los eventos que él vivió ella también en su mundo lo experimentó.

Entonces aquí se establecen dos dimensiones peleando por el tiempo, o más bien combatiendo al tiempo mismo para salvar a las personas de sus dimensiones, y por supuesto también a su mundo ante el inminente apocalipsis que debe darse para que ellos puedan salvarse... irónico.

Esto último lo van a entender solo si miran la serie, porque explicarlo es aún más enredado que verlo por ustedes mismos.

So here two dimensions are established fighting for time, or rather fighting against time itself to save the people of their dimensions, and of course also their world before the imminent apocalypse that must happen so that they can save themselves.... ironic.


You will understand the latter only if you watch the series, because explaining it is even more convoluted than seeing it for yourself.

Lo que si es que estos intereses en sí son la clave para que el desequilibrio entre estas dimensiones ocurran, o eso es lo que se creía entre esta batalla por la materia de "dios", lo cual es básicamente un componente radioactivo que de alguna forma establece una conexión con los tiempos, es decir, pasado, presente y futuro.

Ya luego se descubre como les dije que también la nueva dimensión. Pero en la tercera temporada se habla de una triada, y es cuando se descubre que hay una tercera dimensión o más bien el mundo original.

Dentro de este mundo ocurre un cierto suceso que es el origen de que estas otras dimensiones existan como la oscuridad y la luz en lo que parece ser una eterna batalla donde el inicio es el fin y el fin el inicio.

Lo sé, suena repetitivo pero así mismo es la serie, y justo de ese modo estoy haciendo la reseña porque así te vas a sentir o te sentiste si ya la viste. Lo que si es que me parece una serie un poco larga, es interesante pero tantos detalles aburrieron mucho la verdad.

I know, it sounds repetitive but that's how the series is, and that's just the way I'm reviewing it because that's how you will feel or you felt if you have already seen it. What I do think is that the series is a bit long, it's interesting but so many details bored me a lot.
