Lavender (netflix movie review)

Bonita noche Hivers, espero hayan tenido un excelente martes. Hoy por acá ha sido movido porque mi pareja está enfermo y pues me ha tocado hacer miles de cosas. Pero he tomado un par de horas en la noche para mirar una película de mis lista y por supuesto compartirles mi apreciación.

No tengo idea qué significa "Lavender" título que le han dado a esta trama que está clasificada como terror, pero la verdad es que no lo es del todo, más que algunas escenas donde pudieras asombrarte pero no morir de susto.

Al principio me pareció un poco perturbador, porque la protagonista siempre andaba como perdida, como si se dejara llevar por los pensamientos o recuerdos que se le vienen de imprevisto.

Esta mujer es una fotógrafa con un gusto por la historia familiar algo particular. Se inclina mucho a lo que la foto de una casa puede contar sobre las personas que vivían en la misma, como un recuerdo vago que no debería borrarse.

Debo decir que esta escena del accidente me mantuvo muy atento, cuidaron muy bien los detalles, pero sin embargo creo que falto un poco más de realismo porque para haber tenido tal incidente era para dejarla mal herida.

Pero a su vez el hecho de que se enfocaron en las expresiones de ella me gusto muchisimo, creo que esta actriz ha proyectado una serenidad pero a la vez una puesta de escena como ida que va muy acorde a su rol dentro de la historia.

Sin embargo quedé totalmente asombrado con el giro que le han dado, pues hay un monstruo del cuarto que está rondando por allí, haciendo daño a los niños incluso cometiendo abuso sexual.

La persona responsable de ello es quien menos piensas, y dichos espíritus no están buscando vengarse de ella, más bien quieren interferir con el monstruo que aún sigue vivo, pero además de ello, hacerle ver la verdad de todo lo sucedido ese día a esta fotógrafa cuya mente está quebrantada y llena de frustraciones.
