The Witcher: La pesadilla del lobo (netflix movie review)

Saludos Hivers, feliz fin de semana para todos. Hoy a pesar de que hemos tenía el día bastante ocupado, hemos podido nuevamente ver nuevo material en netflix para nuestra recreación y en mi caso para tener nueva reseña que traerles.

La fiebre de The Witcher sigue, y antes de buscar lo libros y leerlos le di el turno a una película animada sobre la historia de uno de los primeros brujos en esta saga.

En esta animación básicamente hablan sobre la historia de Vensemir y cómo es que llegó a ser el principio de la vida de un brujo.

Cuando empecé a ver la saga como tal, me preguntaba sobre el hecho de que un brujo vendiera sus servicios cuando pudiera hacerlo sin costo alguno.

Con esta película en particular responde a esa duda, y no es por un tema de que hacer algo debe tener un costo, es más porque se volvió una mala costumbre de ellos.

! [English Text] Greetings Hivers, happy weekend to all. Today even though we have had a busy day, we have been able to watch new material on netflix again for our recreation and in my case to have a new review to bring you.

The Witcher fever continues, and before looking for the books and reading them I gave the turn to an animated movie about the story of one of the first witchers in this saga.

In this animation they basically talk about the story of Vensemir and how he became the beginning of the life of a witcher.

When I first started watching the saga as such, I wondered about the fact that a warlock would sell his services when he could do so at no cost.

With this particular movie it answers that question, and it's not because of an issue that doing something should have a cost, it's more because it became a bad habit of theirs.

Esto mismo hizo que Vensemir tuviese una vida de cierto modo llena de lujos. Una mesa llena de comida y un lugar bastante acogedor más que una simple taberna donde saciar su sed de cerveza, comida y mujeres.

Sin embargo, esto a los ojos de ciertas personas no es bien vista, así que la legión de brujos gana muchos enemigos quienes están al pendiente de cualquier mal movimiento.

Todo esto lleva a qué surjan ciertas hipótesis sobre el comportamiento de uno de ellos, pues se especula que están usando magia para crear bestias y monstruos para obtener dinero.

Es decir, ante la amenaza de que el mundo se quede sin bestias que matar los brujos no tendrán razón alguna para ofrecer sus servicios y por ende ganar suficiente dinero.

Cabe destacar que para ese tiempo había mucha pobreza, y para algunos niños uno de sus mayores deseos era convertirse en brujo para obtener el suficiente dinero con el cual pudieran ayudar a sus familias

Sin embargo, ser brujo no solo es cuestión de saber pelear y manejar una espada. Hay una especie de ritual bastante sangriento y peligroso.

En primera instancia una misión suicida de supervivencia donde más del 80% de los niños mueren de una forma atroz.

Y en segunda fase está el ingerir un elixir que les permite obtener el poder de brujo, pero no todo sobreviven a ello para contarlo.

Aquellos que sobreviven experimentan un poder desenfrenado ante sed de sangre, los ojos se les torna de un color amarillento, ganan más fuerza agilidad y el poder de usar los elementos naturales a su favor.

En esta película se muestra lo descarado que puede llegar a ser una persona por dinero, excusándose con el posible olvido y amenaza de la extinción de los brujos.

Una mala acción conlleva a muchas muertes injustas, y esto una parte de los hechiceros hace que se enfrenten en una batalla titánica contra los brujos quienes están apunto de extinguirse.

Sin embargo, el final es esperado pero también nos toma por sorpresa cuando muestran a uno de los niños ya convertido en brujo que ha sobrevivido y lleva por nombre Geralt.

En cuanto a los efectos especiales son alucinantes siendo una película animada no esperaba menos.

La historia conecta perfectamente con la saga, he quedado satisfecho por esa parte.

This film shows how brazen a person can be for money, excusing himself with the possible oblivion and threat of extinction of the witches.

One bad deed leads to many unjust deaths, and this makes one part of the sorcerers engage in a titanic battle against the warlocks who are about to become extinct.

However, the ending is expected but also takes us by surprise when they show one of the children who has already become a warlock and has survived and is named Geralt.

As for the special effects are amazing being an animated film I did not expect anything less.

The story connects perfectly with the saga, I was satisfied with that part.
