🌄 Good morning (here)! ☕ Very interesting reading your assessment of ... "the big reveal." This stood out to me:

"It makes a great story, it makes an interesting fiction. But not a fact. Being careless with such revelations, which most likely is false, is dangerous. It is may create difficulty for Peter Todd, but also contribute to confusion and lies on the internet. I have nothing against investigative journalism, and presenting interesting theories."

A sign of our time. You may have been a little bit generous to ascribe this "revelation" to investigative journalism. A key question? Whether this "revelation" was an intentionally misleading effort vs. an, in spite of their best "wherever the facts lead ...," effort that still ended up with wrong conclusion.

Only the people involved would know the answer.

"But it all was story telling trick to bring a twist and shift focus on ..."

Yep. As is the case with so much of what is presented to us today as "fact." In this case, in your overall final assessment, as pretty good entertainment.

In other cases? We will all have our individual opinions on that vital topic (IMHO) for our time.

Hi Roleerob!

We people are very gullible and believe everything. Probably that's why same old marketing schemes and political deceptions continue to work. Today is even more difficult to sort through the facts and opinions.

Great to see you!
