CineTV Contest: Every Child is Special

We have a new contest in CineTV about writing on your favorite movie with a young lead. Come on guys, we all have seen few movies with young lead actor/actress so, it is time to get your best one on a post according to the guidelines and rules specified by CineTV, click here to check it out!!!

I have seen a lot of movies where kids have played their role extremely well. All of them are worth watching but the first movie which came in my mind after reading about this contest is “TAARE ZAMEEN PAR” aka “Like Stars on Earth” in English. This movie has stun me and deliver a valuable message to the whole world especially to this part of the world where kids are treated very badly if they are weak in studies, without identifying the actual reason behind it. This movie is about a child who was unable to give his 100% in studies and was trying to run away from books, gets scolding from his parents all the time due to his lack of seriousness in school. Luckily, a teacher identified the actual reason behind all that and helped him to overcome that disorder although it was not that easy for him to make everyone understand about this disease “dyslexia”.

Darsheel Safary as Ishaan, played the role of 8 years old boy very delicately. His acting was so genuine and impressive, it was like he had completely involved himself in the character and didn’t give a chance to the audience to think about any other character in the movie. It was all about him. Although it was never easy to perform with a superstar Mr. Aamir Khan, well knows as Mr. Perfectionist in Bollywood. He has his own class but the little guy took all the credit for this wonderful movie. Honestly, I got so involved in the movie that at times, I got emotional and even fall tears from my eyes in few scenes.

The kiddo is very talented and performed the character of Ishaan very well from the beginning of the movie till the end. There were many emotional and touchy scenes in the movie which could be difficult to deliver as required by many good actors but this kid made those scenes one of the best moments of the movie through his innocent face expressions and making the whole audience cry with him. I loved the song of this movie which is about the love of a child to his mother and he was just bang on the target to make that song super hit with his awesome acting. Just like kids play in imagination and think about some creativity, he was doing the same in very original way. It was him who made this movie super hit and also achieved an award for his excellent acting.

He would be around 25 years of age at the moment so I really wanted to see him in upcoming Bollywood or Hollywood movie because he got the talent and skills and his first experience with Mr. Perfectionist would have taught him a lot which would be useful in his cinematic career.
