CineTV Contest: “Nayak” The Real Hero

At first, I was surprised to see the topic of contest # 38 at CineTV but then I further go through the blog, I came to know that it is all about fun and sharing your views and opinions regardless of criticizing or blaming particular party or politicians. Click here to get more details on it.

In subcontinent, you cannot stay away from politics but you will see most of the people saying that we are not interested in politics or we do not know what is going on as we don’t care but they do discuss and debate in office, at home on things related to politics, while watching TV or at social media. Nowadays, even kids do know about politics and politicians.

Whenever we talk about ideal politician, we say he should be like Mr. Anil Kapoor in “Nayak” movie. It’s favorite amongst most of the people here if you talk about fav political movie. It’s all because this movie highlighted common issues faced by a common man and beautifully showed some solutions to them. Most of the issues which we face in our daily routine life are because they were not properly looked after by selected government. In this movie, same issues were highlighted to a politician in an interview and he randomly asked the interviewer to take his position for one day and then you will realize how hard it is to run the country. Media person accepted this challenge to handle his position for a day.

In my opinion, yes, it is not that easy to handle so many corrupt people of the system to run the country. I don’t blame politicians but I do blame public for quietly suffering and living in this corrupt system. On the other hand, everyone is not same so it goes for the politics and politicians as well. They all are not same as they do have some patriotic and loyal politicians who work for the betterment of the country.

Watching this movie makes you feel so good and happy. I really like the way he dismissed and terminate majority of high level government employees on immediate basis just because of corruption and introducing the complaint box to hear the issues and problems of a common man. Also solving those issues on immediate basis. Having such system live in countries could be like a dream come true. He was able to do all that with the help of his assistant, who was well experienced in politics for a long time. This shows that there are people in politics who are loyal and sincere to their jobs but due to some politicians, they are unable to perform well.

“Nayak” hero Mr. Anil Kapoor shows us through this movie, how hard it could be to stand up for the righteous decisions and for the betterment of the country. One should be fearless and brave enough if they want to change the system. Politics is always an interesting subject for me and I do follow through news channels but I am not a part of any political party. I am just a neutral citizen who always support and vote the right party with correct vision and hope for the best for his country. Cheers!!!!
