CineTV Contest: Wedding Dancer, Rock On

This week’s contest for favorite party movie is not for me as I am not a party guy however, I will just share some of my reviews on it and would like you all guys to take part in it specially who loves parties. Click here to get more details on it.

I have seen many party movies but the ones which revolves around my way of partying are of Lollywood and Bollywood. You can say that it is because they relates to my culture. For me, I love to dance and enjoy at weddings, birthdays and that is the way of partying for me. Especially when it is with family as I am a family guy. According to the theme, there are few movies which I like because of wedding parties in it.

Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham: This is the best party movie for me. In the first part, the way Rahul’s (SRK) family were having fun in party and later he attended a wedding to show some of his moves relates to me. Most importantly, the reactions and body language of SRK while dancing and in a party was amazing, loved that and I tried to follow those steps but not 100% successful. Well, if talking about Bollywood movies, they have few songs in a three hour long movie and some of those songs are featured in a disco or of some wedding. Same goes in this movie, however, second part is somewhat related to new generation where the way of partying is changed upside down. This is not my way of partying LOL.

I just had one time experience of such party at Bollywood Dhamaka with @shahzad-ansari when I was in Sweden. When I was there I was feeling like an alien, not related to that place but as we were there for some work so managed to pass the time and had little fun.

I wanted to mention here that I love songs and wedding parties in the movie “Band Baaja Baaraat” and also danced on these songs at my bro’s wedding. The wedding planners showed in this movie were amazing and gave some ideas to organize a nice wedding events.

In the end, I would say that I just wanted to be the part of this contest that is why I gave a lot of thoughts to qualify above movies as a party one and shared my views according to my experience.
