So because I have been reviewing Nigerian movies for some time now some people might not know what I actually like to watch. Yes, I think I’ve said it a couple of times but then I still fail to put my point across cause the number of Nigerian movies I watch at times is crazy.

Don’t get me wrong, I like Nigerian movies but I am suddenly beginning to get tired of this constant obsession with all the channels or directors making their movies a one way show. If a movie hits then they all seem to catch up to that story like and suck the life out of it till another comes.

Well, I’ve said it continuously that I like Indian movies for one thing; which is they always make sure they exaggerate properly. I say they exaggerate properly meaning they pull stunts which can never be pulled before and we watching know that they can make it happen.

The difference between Bollywood and Hollywood is that unlike Bollywood, Hollywood always want to say their stunts can be performed any day any time. I agree that some stunts can be performed but you need to release that those stunts are being pulled in a controlled area so in real like context the likely hood of those stunts being pulled is close to 0.

For today I’ll be reviewing an Indian movie. This movie is called Kill. It features stars like Lakshya, raghav juyal and tanya maniktala. Kill was released in the year 2023 and well all I can say it’s that it has lived up to its bidding.

Kill was written by Nikhil Nagesh Bhat and Tanya Maniktala. It was directed by Nikhil Bhat.

Kill is a movie about a group of bandits which hijack a train to steal from its passengers but are not fortunate as this time round 2 military personnels are on the same train. One of the personnel who has a relationship with one of the passengers had to catch that train as his long time girlfriend was about to be married off to another man.

Kill sheds light on how these bandits manipulate things in their favour so they can rob trains. Things take a turn in event when one of the bandits die early on in the heist. One of the bandits as a revenge also decides to kill one of the passengers knowing fully well that she’s a daughter of a very powerful man in the town.

Well, I’d say I like a story line like this. For various reasons most Indian movies seem to have a story like where the girl and boy are inlove and the man is a very strong man which allows him to fight for his girl and then they live happily ever after. Well, this movie is not one like this.

If you’ve read my movies you’ll probably know how hard I am on unnecessary sexual scenes being displayed on TV. Well, as far as I can remember this movie has 0 kissing scenes and 0 sexual scenes. Yes, there are instances where one portrays sexual actions towards the other but they make you feel it only in words and not in action.

For me I’ll go ahead and rate this an 7.5/10 simply cause I liked it. For me, I best believe they did it thinking about having a twist that many audiences weren’t expecting and well they did achieve that. To be sincere I didn’t think that some things that happened in the movie will be allowed to happen by the script writers but they did allow it happen which was a good thing.

I download this movie from net naija but if you want a high resolution video you’ll not get that on net Naija but you’ll get a good quality to watch as well.

Cover image was made on canva and all other images from my laptop VLC player

I watched this movie on Netflix. It was another amazing movie I love and it was thrilling. I enjoy watching Indian movies than most of these Nigerian movies because I'm always hooked with their reasonable stunts they pull. They are always good and their performances are topnotch. One thing I enjoy about Bollywood movies is that it's hard to predict because there are always suspense that leaves you wanting to know what's next.
