Something about movies turn to annoy me these days. “They don’t make movies like they used to in the past” This is a popular statement people like using or should I say people of the olden days use?

Well I can’t boast of being really really old but I can say I’ve had the chance to see how movies were made in the past. The difference with how movies were made back then and now is that movies of the past didn’t have much quality like what we have now. Also movies were not readily available like they are now.

Apart from that I think there is not much difference in what we used to watch in the past and what we watch now. The thing about the trends of movie is that everyone tries to make movies based on the ones that are best selling at the moment and sincerely we can’t blame them. Whether we acknowledge it or not, movie producers make movies to make money first before entertaining we those who watch it.

Seeing this topic reminded me of movies like prison break, money heist and the likes. I remember the first time I watched money heist. All I can say is that I hated it from the start lol. Something that I’ve come to like about movies like money heist is that they are mostly for the patient. If you base your emotions of how they started then later on you won’t get to see how exciting they are to watch.

The thing is, money heist is based on a story of criminals who are trying so hard to steal a bank in Spain. With this kind of crime movie they make sure the police and other security forces are painted black and the criminals win at the end all though they suffer major casualties along the way.

Before I go on with what I think about crime movies and all that I’ll like to say that I am someone who hates most movies cause the good people always seem to win. Sometimes the good guys are just annoying that I hate to see them win lol.

Now back to what I think. The thing is that movies are meant to be how they are so that they can catch the attention of people.

The new trend about movies is that they make everyone in the movies play dirty and at the end one of the them wins. It’s working with us as we tend to love those kind of movies.

What I can say is that movies has enabled people to do a lot of things which is against the normal social norms. At times movies tend to act like what they portray are the truth and for people who have no prior knowledge they follow suit with what they see.

Movies in my opinion have also enabled crime to look normal to people who are already involved in these type of crime. So yes, I believe that it has enabled a small part of individuals to do this. One other thing is that they tend to educate people on what to do around crime.

What can we do? I don’t think we can do much. The thing is people who are into crime know that what they are doing is wrong and they shouldn’t be doing it. So I think that’s that.

Although I'm a big fan of actions movie like the crime related, but I can't help but admit that these movies can influence once perspective about crime, especially when you find yourself wishing the bad guys sail away from law enforcement.

Well I might agree a little since at times even the law enforcers are painted black.

Actually I like this movie, because of the plot. Any movie I watch I can automatically predict that the good guys will prevail, but this one was diff. Though the were bad guys, I never really focused on the fact that they were bad guys; I wanted to see who would outsmart who.

Oh I liked it too. The writer had a way of catching the audience in each scene and it was simply breath taking.
