It's been a while since I shared a movie review but I just had to on this one. I recently searched up and saw this movie was showing and I found the title of the movie to be really catchy. I asked my cousin if he wanted to watch it and he was down so on Sunday I watched How To Make Millions before Grandma Dies with him. Honestly, I did tear up watching this movie. I'm sharing this because I strongly recommend watching this movie if you haven't already.

This is a Thai movie that came out recently and has a running time of a bit over two hours. This is not an action movie. I would consider it closer to an emotional drama slice of life type of movie with some comedy.

Plot
I don't want to spoil the movie but there are two main characters in this movie M and Amah. They are the grandson and the grandma in the movie. You will probably hate the grandson at first but throughout the movie you will start to like him more. As for the grandma, she's just so cute and adorable I think everyone will feel for the grandma.

The movie dives deep into family legacy and how families try to fight for the inheritance from their elders that are moving on with their life. I feel the movie presents a realistic view on this topic.

What I Liked About The Movie
There were a lot of things I loved about this movie. I enjoyed the character development in this movie of the grandson. I believe the acting was top notch especially for M and Amah. The two actors that played these characters brought the emotion into the movie. I loved the way the scenes were shot. They were put in a realistic way and I loved how they threw in some comedy to lighten the emotion. I think without the comedy I probably would've been just crying my eyes out. I also loved the soundtrack with the piano music as it helped to give the mood for the scenes.

Conclusion
Go watch this movie now. This movie is the best non-action movie I watched this year. It's worth watching in the cinema. The movie has a great story, great acting and great message. I'd give this movie a 10 out of 10 since I liked it and I don't really see how it could've been better. The movie has an 8.4 rating on IMDB which is not very easy to get so hopefully after seeing this post you will consider watching the movie if it's available in your country!

I have never seen any Thai movies other than Tom Yung Gung with Tony Ja. If this is still in theaters it will likely be a long time before I have access to it. But if it does come along I'll check it out!

I See. I have no idea about Tom Yung Gung. I don't usually watch Thai movies but I do watch sometimes when a good one is out and heaevily recommended. I'm not sure if this movie is available in your region! My mom said she couldn't find it in her cinema . I think it's more local in asian countries since the story is kind of more asian centered . It really hits home for asian background I feel hard to not cry O.O

I live in USA so there is almost zero chance it is in cinemas here. Tom Yum Gung is something you should seek out to watch. Tony Jah is an amazing martial artist. It was called "The Protector" in the United States because most people here don't have any idea what Tom Yum Gung is haha

oooo that's sad haha. ya probably not a high chance htey will show it unless its a special one.

I will have to see it o.o. martial arts seems interesting since i watched a lot of jacky chan movies and other like ip man as well.
