I'm sure he can afford to keep it going for a while. I've seen a lot of local pubs close in the last few years. There are going to be a load of new houses built around us, but I bet there won't be new pubs. At least those there are should do well on Sunday night after tonight's result.

!BEER seems appropriate.

You'd hope new houses would mean a little more demand for pubs at least. Sunday will be a massive pub day for sure!
