The movie Daredevil may not be to everyones taste but the truth is that it has exciting details that are worth talking about The movie stars Ben Affleck who played the role of Matt a blind lawyer during the day and a superhero at night and its story mixes action and psychological drama.

The story is about Matt who lost his sight when he was young after a chemical accident but in return he gained super senses The idea is not new in the world of superheroes but the way it was presented was different I mean the idea that the hero relies on hearing and a sense of balance in battles was a bit realistic and distinctive.

The characters were diverse and each one had a special touch Ben Affleck gave a reasonable performance as Matt Murdock but not his best performance But the ones who stole the show were Colin Farrell as Bullseye and Michael Clarke Duncan as Kingpin The evil in the movie was full of charisma that made you enjoy it even though the villain was a bit cliché.

As for Elektra played by Jennifer Garner this character was a mix of strength and emotion and made the story take on a bit of a romantic dimension but the romance was not at the expense of the action.

The action was fun there was a bit of exaggeration of course but thats normal for superhero movies What draws the most attention is the soundtrack especially the rock songs that were used very well with the events Songs like Bring Me to Life by Evanescence made the scenes full of dramatic energy.

There is no perfect movie and Daredevil had obvious problems The script needed more work and some scenes felt rushed Also the quality of the visual effects wasnt the best even by the standards of the time 2003.

If you like superhero movies and they are still trying to prove their existence before Marvel created its huge cinematic universe you will find that Daredevil has a special character It may not be everyones favorite but there are enjoyable moments and scenes that are worth watching especially if you focus on the details.
