That's the thing with Old disney. Most if not all the animated films they make, you come back to it as an adult and it just hits differently.

Modern 3d animated films produced by them are so geared towards children although profitable. Leaves no lasting impressions.

Kids don't process lessons fast. They look at pretty moving pictures and we just hope for the best that some responsible adult briefs them what's going on with what they're seeing.
