The Ghost Station (2022) --- was OK-ish! XD
I'm not a fan of Korean dramas, even though they are popular among my family and friends. However, I'm open to watching Korean movies, especially in the horror, mystery, and thriller genres. I believe most Asian horror films are scarier than Western ones, but ultimately, it still depends on the individual movie.
Yesterday, I watched a short Korean horror film after seeing a recap about it on YouTube. It's only one hour and twenty minutes long. The film is titled "The Ghost Station."

The movie starts with a series of mysterious deaths occurring in an unused station. Bothered by this mystery, a train staff asked his reporter friend to help him uncover the truth behind the deaths at the haunted train station, Oksu.

Their investigation led them to a buried well beneath the station, which ultimately unravelled its terrifying past that later contributed to the hauntings. The trailer for the movie from Amazon Prime is below.

As I've mentioned in my title, I found the movie to be mediocre at best. While it wasn't terrible, the storyline felt quite ordinary. The cinematography also fell into the same category. I wouldn't consider it a complete waste of time, though, especially since it was just a short film. I don't see myself re-watching it. xD
One of the reasons why I found the story ordinary is the fact that I've read and watched similar stories. Anyway, I like this actress' acting though.

She plays the role of Tae-hee, the sister of one of the station's victims. I wanted her to have more screen time than the main characters! lol I think she is one of the few saving graces of the movie... (at least for me).
In the end, it was an OK-ish movie.
Will I watch it again? No.
Do I recommend it? Not really, but if you're into horror films that focus on curses and revenge, you might enjoy it. It's not a long film, so it could be worth a watch. Haha :)
I'll end this post here. Thanks for reading, and see you around! (^^,)/
Seems like a good little short film thanks for sharing 😎👍🏾 @tipu curate

I also think Asian horror films are more scarier. I don't remember the name but once I watched a thai horror film and that was amazing. Ghost station sounds nice too.
I've only watched a couple of Thai horror films, but they were good. I like the Thai version of Shutter the best. The American version was hilarious. XD
Since you like this genre I would recommend you 'The Possession of Hannah Grace' not sure but I think it's a american film but one of the most horror films of all time.
I'll try to check... Thank you! :D
Okay, how are you doing this morning?
