Khajoor pey atkay | Movie review

Hiii everybody!!!
Hope you all are doing well and good. I am back with another movie review. Today I am going to give the review of the movie "Khajoor pey atkay" which means in English hanged on the date palm tree. It's a hindhi comedy movie. I usually watch alot of comedy movies which I used to search and get but this movie I didn't search it just came on my YouTube page so I watched it. It's really good movie and I had alot of fun watching it.

This movie is about the Middle family problems and the relationships nowadays siblings share among themselves. And it's all about the thoughts that if one brother or one sister have any property on their name, how their other siblings are thinking about them and his family or her family. And also it showed about how the other family members or we can say brothers are waiting for the death who is owning the property.
You all should also watch it. It's very realistic and funny.

Movie started.
Paa jee which means elder brother got the call from alokh(paa jee's brother's son) that his father is in serious condition and Doctor said to inform this to all of the family member. So alokh informed to his taya that he is in serious condition but you don't rush I just called to inform you. So paa jee just said ok to him and he ordered his family to pack the bags and said to go to Mumbai for checking his brother. He was in rush that maybe his brother will be passing away next day so he booked plane ticket which was double the price of train, it was first time in their life. So he booked that and went to Mumbai and his wife was scolding him because of spending so much money on that.

Because he is from typical Indian family and he is kind of person who wants all the siblings to be with him so he called his other brother as well to come to the hospital. He had the meeting so he fixed that meeting in some other days and he had to pay one Lac rupee for that which was alot of money also he booked plane tickets to go there because his paa jee did the same. It was out of their budget but they did to show off and because Alokh father had the property on his name, if his brothers won't come infront then alokh will take all the property so they were thinking in that way.

Paa jee called his sister as well to see alokh father. She also came there with her son.

Alokh mother was very tensed because all of their whole big family was coming there. And as a typical Indian women job is to look after all the guests. So she said to him I will stay in the hospital I will not come to the house. You arrange all the necessary things for them.

However all the members came there, but the twist was when they were coming they were talking bad about alokh's mother but when they reached their they were hugging each other showing Respect And showing so much sympathy to her which was the most funniest scene.

Alokh's czns were new to Mumbai so they all were not caring about his father, they were just chilling and having fun. Paa jee's daughter was dreaming to become an actress so she went to give auditions. Paa jee's son went to chill in the clubs and all. Same paa jee's younger brother also took his family to see the whole Mumbai. But the funny thing was they didn't tell anybody what they are going to do. They were hiding those things and going there.

Whole family used to gather their in the hospital hall and they used to talk about the death of alokh's father which was harsh for his mother. And she used to control that depression by Just eating something. Like always she used to sit in the hospital and started to eat which is questioned by her bhabi's like is she pregnant or something?? Why do she eat so much don't she have tension of her husband???

Alokh's father was admitted in the private hospital he had alot of expense of one day.. which was unbearable. Alokh was handling all this but at last all their saving was finished so they were just sitting and discussing. Then that time paa jee said we are here we will help you but his wife was like how can we help that's alot of money. Same with the younger brother his wife was also rising questions on that much amount of money. Alokh and his mother watched everything and they got disappointed. So they both decided that we can't bear that much money to pay so they said doctors to stop the machines and let him pass away.

And for that all the members agreed and they stopped it. Then paa jee came forward and started to do the preparation for his funeral. Because they were thinking after these rituals only we will be able to talk about property matter.

But before they talk, alokh's mother came forward and hand overed the property papers to paa jee by saying that you are elder you should distribute this among yourselves and among alokh as well. Which was the emotional scene In the whole movie because they all were thinking that alokh's mother will not give them a single penny but she gave all the papers to them. And that's how the movie ended.

I will rate it 9/10. It's a funny movie it can make anybody laugh even to the one who is in severe depression. Other than it shows us the middle class family problems, hospital expenses and some other major issues faced in relationships.
