Mufasa the Lion King | First time in cinema with family after a long break

Good day dear mates! It happened so that due some reasons our family didn't visit cinema several years in a row. Of course we watched some new movies at home with such services which available now like Netflix, but it wasn't the same as watching movie in cinema on big screen. And at the beginning of January we found out that in local cinema available sequel of Lion King - Mufasa!

Of course me and my second half decided to watch it together especially considering that fact that our kids wasn't in cinema ever in their life and it became good opportunity to correct that omission on this Saturday.
So when we announced to kids that we are going to cinema they were very excited about it! I could just find tickets to right time.
When we came to the cinema me with my second half found that many things changed for this years there, even place itself. But before it we decide to have some lunch in Ilpatio pizzeria which is located on the same floor as a cinema.

After pizzeria we went to cinema itself.

Of course kids decided that they want to have popcorn even after pizzeria! 😀

There was a small line at the entrance to the hall. Then magic began! We entered to the hall... Kids first time appeared in the dark cinema hall. They were wondering what is this and how all this works?

Stairs for kids turned out a little bit high, but as so as I booked tickets not very high. We quickly found needed row and our seats. And after short adds movie started.

At the beginning kids were watching Lion King like addicted they wanted to know the answers to a lot of questions. They wanted to know who the characters were, what their names were, where they came from, and many other questions they asked us!

That's how the first hour went. When the popcorn ran out, it became a bit more difficult to keep the children's attention, and to be honest, it was hard for the children to sit in one place for so long. But they tried their best, especially at critical moments, when the fate of the characters in the movie was being decided or some important event was taking place. Honestly even for me and my second half was interesting to to watch Mufasa. As so as first part was established when we were in school... So I think you can imagine how many years passed since that time...

The special mention deserves last battle scene! It became one of the key ones in the whole movie. It felt like the creators were leading up to it throughout the entire plot. And of course the scene of the family reunion, when the whole family united together after a long separation, deserves attention!

Of course I'm not going to recount the entire plot of Mufasa. But in conclusion I want to say that we liked the movie and I hope the kids will remember this evening for a long time! Also we learned the history of appearance and acquaintance of some characters, now a lot of things became clearer for us. In addition to the positive points there is a little criticism, as I think that when voicing the movie could have picked up a few different voices for the voicing of the characters. Well and probably should not have translated the lyrics of the songs as it was done.
In any case, I'm glad we had such a wonderful Saturday evening with the whole family.

So that's all for today, stay tuned! Yours @travoved
