When I Fell in Love With K-dramas

Namaste to all🙏

It was in the year 2016 when for the first time, on my wife's insistence, I watched my first K-drama named "The Legend of the Blue Sea". At that time it was only available with subtitles and since I'm a slow reader, I had to pause at every dialogue and watch it, which usually takes the fun out of anything. But still, this drama kept me engaged the whole time because I really saw a good show after a very long time.

Even when this is a bit of an old drama, I won't spoil the fun of watching and getting lost in it for those who haven't watched it yet. So, This Is Not A Spoiler!

But let me tell you that this drama is an epic! This is a miraculous tale of a mermaid and a man, told in a very funny and emotional way. Every character in the drama looks important and special in itself. Here I noticed an important thing, along with the hero and heroine, equal attention is given to the personality of many other characters present in the story. Meaning, that unlike Bollywood, you will not feel that the entire focus is only on the main characters, which is an appreciable thing and I'm sure you will also agree with it if you have ever watched any K-drama.
It was while watching these dramas that I first heard about Second Lead Syndrome. This happens when you fall prey to liking the second lead more than the main lead character in a K-drama.

However, both the main lead characters are very interesting, and the chemistry between them is lovely. Throughout the story, you find yourself in their world with them. Like it's all connected to your life like you can feel every emotion.
Once you watch this drama you will not be able to stop yourself from feeling that miraculous world in your real world.

Till now I don't know, maybe I have seen more than 100 Kdramas. Another amazing thing about K-dramas is that their stories are so compelling and emotionally engaging. They spend a lot on their production quality, and you can see glimpses of their culture in almost every drama.
In the end, I would just say that if you have not seen this drama till now, then definitely watch it once, then perhaps you will not feel like going anywhere else.

I think this type of audiovisual has become somewhat popular in my region, I personally have not seen any, but I think it would be interesting. Greetings ✌️

Undoubtedly, kdramas have imposed themselves in the audiovisual market. Your review of the content of this one is quite good, although we miss the appreciation of other aspects (acting, photography, etc.). Regards, @untilwelearn.
