[Eng/Esp] My opinion about El Hoyo 2: What makes us human in the abyss?

Como están el día de hoy? Yo estoy feliz de comentarles que por fin tuve un ratico para ver esta nueva película que salió este 4 de octubre por netflix "El Hoyo 2". Hace un tiempo en esta misma comunidad, comenté "El Hoyo" sin saber que en algún momento sacarían la 2. Sin más, quiero contarles que opine al respecto dándole algunos spoilers de la misma, por eso si es que no la han visto y desean hacerlo, primero véanla y después viene por acá
How are you today? I'm happy to tell you that I finally had some time to watch this new movie that came out this October 4th on netflix "El Hoyo 2". Some time ago in this same community, I commented "The Hole" without knowing that at some point they would release the 2. Without further ado, I want to tell you what I think about it giving you some spoilers of it, so if you have not seen it and want to do it, first see it and then come here
El hoyo 2
Al comenzar la película sin darnos muchísimo contexto, conocemos a nuestra protagonista, una chica pelinegra la cual está ahí gracias a que en el pasado mato al hijo de su novio y nunca pudo afrontar esa realidad. También aquí conocemos a otro personaje importante para la trama, un hombre bastante grande el cual era matemático en tiempo, quien sólo se limitaba a estar ahí para superar ciertas cosas de su pasado
At the beginning of the film, without giving us much context, we meet our protagonist, a black-haired girl who is there because she killed her boyfriend's son in the past and was never able to face that reality. Also here we meet another important character for the plot, a rather large man who was a mathematician in time, who was only there to overcome certain things from his past.
A lo largo de la pelicula vemos una temática bastante parecida a la del hoyo 1, con la diferencia que aquí hay una jerarquía, donde tu como individuo estás obligado a obedecer las reglas para poder seguir viviendo sin que te maten los otros presos. Pero... ¿cual es la regla? básicamente solo puedes comer el plato de comida que pediste al entrar en esta cárcel voluntariamente, ya sea un pizza, un pollo, croquetas o ciruelas, solo podrás comer eso que pediste, y su comes algo que no es tuyo, te cortaran un brazo como castigo o directamente te ataran a la plataforma para que seas comido por otras personas
Throughout the film we see a theme quite similar to that of Hole 1, with the difference that here there is a hierarchy, where you as an individual are obliged to obey the rules in order to continue living without being killed by the other prisoners. But... What is the rule? basically you can only eat the plate of food that you ordered when you entered this prison voluntarily, whether it is a pizza, chicken, croquettes or plums, you can only eat what you ordered, and if you eat something that is not yours, they will cut off your arm as punishment or they will tie you directly to the platform to be eaten by other people.
Con este método y esas reglas, la comida ha logrado llegar a muchos pisos por debajo, pero nunca al más bajo, el cual es el 333. Existen unas personas que son las quien se encargan de que estas reglas se cumpla, matando, castigando y torturando a las personas que no cumplan estas reglas.

A medida de que pasa la película, nuestra protagonista se queda sola por todos estas normas e injusticias, lo que le hace comenzar un nuevo movimiento para que las personas hagan valer sus derechos, buscando así la libertad plena de ese sistema dictatorial
As the film progresses, our protagonist is left alone because of all these rules and injustices, which makes her start a new movement for people to assert their rights, seeking full freedom from this dictatorial system.
Al final de la pelicula, vemos como la segunda película realmente es la primera, y como luego de que esta chica hace todo ese desastre es que realmente comienza la primera película, sin normas y básicamente que sobreviva quien pueda
At the end of the movie, we see how the second movie really is the first movie, and how after this girl makes all that mess is that the first movie really begins, with no rules and basically let whoever can survive.
Ahora, algo controversial, la chica estaba equivocada? Lo que de verdad funcionaba era este sistema y no el liberalismo que ella predicaba? Bueno, creo que la respuesta es más fácil de lo que pensamos. Aunque es verdad que con este sistema la comida podía llegar mucho más abajo, nunca lograrás que todo el mundo esté de acuerdo contigo, y por más que mates a los que no están de acuerdo, seguirán llegando más personas que no estarán de acuerdo y tendrás que matar. Así que si, esto que ellos predicaban era el sistema más justo y equitativo, pero en la vida real no es algo que se pueda llevar a la práctica, el ser humano es egoísta por naturaleza, y nunca podrán llegar al punto idóneo donde todos sean justos y equitativos, siempre una persona se saldrá de loa parámetros y arruinará todo. En una situación de supervivencia por el estilo, tristemente aplica el, sálvese quien pueda
Now, somewhat controversially, the girl was wrong? What really worked was this system and not the liberalism she preached? Well, I think the answer is easier than we think. While it is true that with this system the food could go much lower, you will never get everyone to agree with you, and no matter how much you kill those who disagree, more people will still come along who disagree and you will have to kill. So yes, what they preached was the most fair and equitable system, but in real life it is not something that can be put into practice, human beings are selfish by nature, and they can never reach the ideal point where everyone is fair and equitable, always one person will go out of the parameters and ruin everything. In a survival situation like this, sadly, every man for himself applies.
Esta segunda entrega sí me gustó, aunque es bastante confusa y algo complicada, mostrándonos momentos que tal vez no tienen mucho sentido o no conectan completamente con lo anterior. Personalmente considero que la primera entrega ya era suficientemente buena como para dejarla hasta ahí, tomando en cuenta también que aquí trataron de emplear un método de grabación y edición diferente, el cual a veces te descolocada del hecho que es una película, haciéndote sentir en alguna especie de corto extraño
I did like this second installment, although it is quite confusing and somewhat complicated, showing us moments that perhaps don't make a lot of sense or don't fully connect with the previous one. Personally I consider that the first installment was already good enough to leave it there, also taking into account that here they tried to use a different method of recording and editing, which sometimes put you off the fact that it is a movie, making you feel in some kind of strange short film.
Para mi esta película es un 7/10, tanto por su mensaje como por su estilo de grabación e historia en la que trascienden los personajes. No será de mis segundas partes favoritas, pero tampoco es tan mala, como quien diría, se deja ver
For me this film is a 7/10, both for its message and for its filming style and story in which the characters transcend. It won't be one of my favorite sequels, but it's not so bad either, as who would say, it's watchable.

Estoy de acuerdo contigo sobre la reflexión sobre qué ese sistema no era sostenible en el tiempo, ya que llegan nuevas personas y por nuestra naturaleza.
La vi y no entendí si final, ni por qué flotaban, todo me pareció muy extraño y no la entendí la verdad 🙃🙃. La parte de entender por qué no funcionaba el sistema, y el ritmo de la película si me gustó.
Mi calificación es un 01 para mí, porque no la entendí 🤣🤣
es que bueno, esta pelicula es como quien dices, al comienzo no entendi y al final tampoco JAJAJA. si estavo bastante confusa inecesariamente, para hacer este post tuve que ver algunas explicaciones de la peli en google

No sé si llamarlo "sistema dictatorial" sea lo más apropiado, tomando en cuenta que todos entran allí voluntariamente, pero sí, ciertamente estas pelis son criticas al sistema social de la vida real, a veces la gente quiere más de lo que realmente necesita y deja a otros sin recursos que son vitales.
Es que si, las personas entran muy voluntariamnete, pero sin realmente saber que pasa dentro, y lo que se estaba llevando dentro si era un sistema dictatorial, por mas que fuera aparentemente lo mejor
