[eng-kor] A Time Called You Review

"A Time Called You" is a Netflix series that was released on September 8, 2023 and belongs to the genres Time Loop, Mystery, Romance. I watched the entire series in a few days after it was released. It is a 12-episode remake of the Taiwanese drama 想見你 (Someday or One Day). The main actors are Ahn Hyo-seop, Jeon Yeo-bin, and Kang Hoon.

This time-travel romance tells the story of "Jun-hee," who misses her boyfriend who passed away a year ago, and who, as fate would have it, travels back to 1998 and meets "Shi-heon," who looks exactly like her boyfriend.

I hadn't seen "Someday or One Day" before and watched this one.

I enjoyed watching it without having seen the original. The actors did a great job of portraying high school students. It's probably because I like fantasy works and I like the acting of the cast. However, there were some parts where it was confusing because it jumped back and forth between the past and present.

After watching it, the song "Gather My Tears" by Seo Ji Won is stuck in my head.
This song is the song used for the time slip. I went to a Chinese restaurant for lunch and this song came on, so I said

2023년 9월 8일 공개된 "A Time Called You" 넷플릭스 시리즈는 타임루프,미스터리, 로맨스 장르이다. 공개되자 마자 몇일간 전체를 다보았다. 이 작품은 대만의 想見你( Someday or One Day)를 원작으로 리메이크한 12부작의 작품이다. 출연 주요 배우는 안효섭, 전여빈, 강훈 이다.

1년 전 세상을 떠난 남자친구를 그리워하던 '준희'가 운명처럼 1998년으로 돌아가 남자친구와 똑같이 생긴 '시헌'을 만나며 벌어지는 이야기를 그린 타임슬립 로맨스이다.

전에 "Someday or One Day"를 보지 않았으며 이 작품을 보았다.

원작을 보지 않고 시청한 나는 재미있게 보았다. 출연배우들이 고등학생 연기를 무리없이 해냈다. 판타지 작품을 좋아하기도 하고 출연배우들의 연기를 좋아하기 때문일 것이다. 다만 너무 과거와 현재를 왔다 갔다해서 혼동스러운 부분도 있었다.

시청이 끝나고 "내 눈물 모아 " 서지원의 노래가 머리 속을 맴돈다.
이 노래는 타임 슬립을 위해 사용된 노래이다. 점심을 먹으러 중국 식당을 갔는데 이 노래가 나와서 내가 말했다.

이 노래는 서지원의 "내 눈물 모아"이다. 넷플릭스 시리즈에 "너의 시간 속으로"에 나온다.

재미있게 봤다고 직장 동료들에게 말했다.
