The Teacher's Room German film whose translation is Das Lehrerzimmer directed by İlker Çatak, whose plot tells the story of a young teacher of Polish origin who serves in a Berlin high school.
The dreamy and enthusiastic Carla Nowak is a sweet teacher who strives to teach young people. Her passion for teaching is evident to the point of establishing a bond with her students, especially with Oskar, a bright child with a promising future.
The harmony of her classes is disturbed by the suspicion of theft allegedly perpetrated by one of her students. This accusation puts her in confrontation with the school authorities and she takes the boys' side. The principal's suspicions lead her to insinuate that a migrant child was responsible for this situation.
Faced with the persistence of the thefts, teacher Nowak leaves her computer camera on and her wallet with money in her jacket pocket and leaves the staff room. The camera manages to catch a female employee stealing the money; although her face is not visible, the shoplifter's shirt gives her away. When she realizes that the money has been stolen, the teacher discovers who the employee is and decides to rebuke her. The woman's refusal makes her go to the management. The conflict escalates to such an extent that the employee is suspended for inquiries and fights with Lukas, as she is his mother.
The situation jeopardizes the emotional state of the teacher Nowak and that of the boy, who finally ends up attacking her to save his mother from prison. The teacher is questioned for violation of privacy. Thus coming to question the guilt of Oskar's mother.
The film shows, on the one hand, the loving dedication of a young woman who is passionate about her vocation as a teacher and how her sense of justice makes her vulnerable in a conflict situation.
Also, how punitive and questioning the German education system is, not only because of the "so-called zero tolerance" but also because of the implicit racism it reveals.
In spite of the inciting attitudes to take legal action, the ethical behavior of the young teacher, who at all times sought a peaceful solution and dialogue, is remarkable.
The film invites us to reflect on the role of teachers in society, as they impact the lives of those closest to them. The right decisions open spaces of balance in conflict environments. In this sense, teachers are great mediators to guarantee peace.
I can not help but feel identified with the plot, since I am a teacher and I have lived very close situations, questioning the way in which the education system sometimes induces children to terrible ends.
The film leaves us with an uncertain ending. Oskar, after attacking his teacher, returns to class without saying a word. The classroom is evacuated and teacher Nowak remains with him until the moment the young boy returns a Rubik's cube that he had lent her; the boy turns the cube until all the colors are in order.
The algorithm is a succession of decisions to solve problems. Nowak expresses in an earlier scene.
The final scene of the boy being carried by two police officers opens up many readings for the viewer.

La sala de profesores película alemana cuya traducción es *Das Lehrerzimmer* dirigida por İlker Çatak, es una trama que narra la historia de una joven docente de origen polaco que presta sus servicios en un colegio de secundaria de Berlín.
La soñadora y entusiasta Carla Nowak es una dulce maestra que se esfuerza por enseñar a los jóvenes. Es evidente su pasión por la docencia al punto de establecer un vínculo con sus alumnos, especialmente con Oskar un niño brillante y con un futuro prometedor.
La armonía de sus clases se ve perturbada por la sospecha de robos perpetrados presuntamente por uno de sus alumnos. Esta acusación la coloca en confrontación con las autoridades del colegio poniéndose de parte de los chicos. Las sospechas de la directora le llevan a insinuar que un niño migrante era el responsable de tal situación.
Ante la persistencia de los robos, la maestra Nowak deja la cámara de su computadora encendida y la billetera con dinero en el bolsillo de su chaqueta y se retira de la sala de profesores. La cámara logra captar a una empleada sustrayendo el dinero; aunque no se deja ver el rostro, la camisa de la mujer que hurta la delata. Al constatar que el dinero ha sido robado, la mestra descubre quién es la empleada y decide increparla. La negativa de la mujer la hace dirigirse a la dirección. El conflicto escala, a tal punto, que la empleada es suspendida por averiguaciones y se pelea con Lukas, al tratarse de su madre.
La situación pone en peligro el estado emocional de la maestra Nowak y la del niño, quien finalmente termina atacándola para salvar a su madre de la prisión. La maestra es cuestionada por violación a la privacidad. Llegando así a poner en duda la culpabilidad de la madre de Oskar.
La película nos deja ver por un lado, la entrega amorosa de una joven apasionada por su vocación de docente y cómo su sentido de justicia la ponen en estado de vulnerabilidad frente a una situación de conflicto.
Asimismo, lo punitivo y cuestionador que es el sistema de educación alemán, no sólo por la “denominada tolerancia 0” sino también por el racismo implícito que devela.
A pesar de las actitudes incitadoras a tomar acciones legales, es notorio el comportamiento ético de la joven maestra, quien en todo momento buscó una solución pacífica y el diálogo. Su capacidad de autoocontrol, compasión, sensibilidad, al ponerse en el lugar del otro es admirable.
La película nos invita reflexionar sobre el papel que tienen los docentes en la sociedad, en tanto impactan la vida de sus más cercanos. Las decisones correctas abren espacios de equilibrio en ambientes de conflictos. En este sentido, los maestros son grandes mediadores para garantizar la paz.
No puedo dejar de sentirme identificada con la trama, puesto que soy docente y he vivido situaciones muy cercanas, llegando a cuestionar la forma en cómo el sistema educativo a veces induce a la niños a finales terribles.
La película nos deja un final incierto. Oskar, luego de atacar a su maestra regresa a clase sin decir una palabra. El salón es evacuado y la maestra Nowak permanece con él hasta el momento que el joven le regresa un cubo Rubik que le había prestado; el niño gira el cubo hasta ordenar todos los colores.
El algoritmo es una sucesión de decisiones para resolver problemas. Expresa Nowak en una escena anterior.
La escena final del niño cargado por dos efectivos policiales abre muchas lecturas al espectador.
