Está serie fué estrenada el 23 de junio de 2022, con 8 capitulos en su primera temporada, posteriormente en junio de 2023 se sacó la segunda temporada y ya tenemos disponible la tercera temporada en la plataforma de streaming Disney, a pesar de que la serie ya tiene varios años de ser estrenada yo comencé a verla este año, solo por curiosidad pues todo el mundo estaba hablando de "El Oso" por la nueva temporada así que me dispuse a verla.

Carmy un chef consagrado en Nueva York decide volver a Chicago tras la muerte de su hermano mayor quién en vida llevaba a sus riendas un restaurante de sandwiches casi en decadencia, la decisión de Carmy traerá con sigo un sacudido a la vida de todos los implicados, se imaginarán que este personaje está pasando por un duelo muy profundo pero al conocerlo te daras cuenta de lo difícil que es para Carmy expresar sus sentimientos, en sí tiene un torbellino de conflictos que también le traen problemas en "The Original Beef of Chicagoland" que es el restaurante familiar que en un futuro se convertirá en un restaurante de lujo.

Carmy an acclaimed chef in New York decides to return to Chicago after the death of his older brother who in life was running a sandwich restaurant almost in decline, Carmy's decision will bring with it a shake up in the lives of all involved, You can imagine that this character is going through a very deep mourning but when you meet him you will realize how difficult it is for Carmy to express his feelings, in itself has a whirlwind of conflicts that also bring problems in "The Original Beef of Chicagoland" which is the family restaurant that in the future will become an upscale restaurant.

Una de las cosas que más me llama la atención de la serie es el tratado que se le da a cada un de los personajes, algunos episodios de la segunda temporada hacen saltos temporales y te cuentan el pasado de alguno de ellos, sus historias y como llegaron a trabajar en el restaurante, también puedes ver la historia familiar de Carmy y sobre todo los problemas que tiene con su madre y su familia y sus adicciones, también entiendes un poco porque el decidió alejarse y esa visión de superación que lo llevó a lo más alto aunque con muchos problemas de salud mental, pero como siempre todo lo que sube tiene que bajar, lo verás resurgir otra vez.

Por el lado profesional después de conseguir una receta que le dejó su hermano descubre mucho dinero que él había guardado en latas de salsa de tomate, sí, como lo escuchas y nadie sabía esto, con ese dinero un atra parte prestado comienza la reconstrucción de lo que será el nuevo restaurante de lujo llamado de "The Bear", esto también traerá nuevos retos, capacitar al personal, crear un menú único y tratar de mantener la calma entre todos, que yo creo el gran error es que la mayoría don familia y tienen muchos conflictos entre sí, la tercera temme dejó más atrapada que nunca, la llegada de un nuevo miembro en la familia puede cambiar todo, ¿será que Carmy logrará resolver sus conflictos y los del restaurante? ¿Logrará el restaurante obtener una estrella?
