I can't contain my excitement to mention how satisfied I am with this series. I remember that one day I asked a friend what he thought about this series, and his answer was so simple and without a doubt: it's the best series there is. And although it sounds exaggerated, just by watching the first episode I could notice the quality of the series I had encountered. Meeting the beautiful duo has changed my life a little and my way of thinking about certain topics.

No puedo contener la emoción de mencionar lo muy satisfecha que estoy con esta serie, recuerdo que un día le pregunté a un amigo que opinaba sobre esta serie, y su respuesta fue tan sencilla y sin dudas: es la mejor serie que hay. Y aunque suene exagerado, con solo ver el primer episodio pude notar la calidad de serie con la que me había encontrado. Conocer al hermoso dúo me ha cambiado un poco mi vida y mi manera de pensar en ciertos temas.

The X-Files is a revolutionary series that began in the early 90's, this incredible production has as its main plot the paranormal, dealing with issues of aliens, ghosts and monsters as a police program with a format similar to CSI. Here we meet the partners Fox Mulder (an FBI agent who is after all the truth, played by David Duchovny) and Danna Scully (Forensic doctor and FBI agent who was assigned to document all his work with her partner and played by Gillian Anderson), both get involved in a world that lives in an extreme conspiracy by the US government.

The X-files es una revolucionaria serie que comenzó a los inicios de los 90´s, esta increíble producción tiene como trama principal lo paranormal, tratando temas de extraterrestres, fantasmas y monstruos como un programa policial con el formato parecido al de CSI. Aquí conocemos a los compañeros Fox Mulder (un agente del FBI que anda atrás de toda la verdad, interpretado por David Duchovny) y Danna Scully (Medico forense y agente del FBI que fue asignada a documentar todo su trabajo con su compañero e interpretada por Gillian Anderson), ambos se involucran en un mundo que vive en una extrema conspiración de parte del gobierno de EE.UU.

So far I'm barely in season 8, I haven't even gotten to the final seasons which are in a totally different time period and that's why I'm making this post, because I want to make clear the things I expect in this new moment in the history of the famous agents and thus not lose my expectations.

Hasta los momento voy a penas en la temporada 8, no he llegado ni si quiera a las temporadas finales que son en una época totalmente distintas y por eso hago esta publicación, porque quiero dejar en claro las cosas que espero en este nuevo momento de la historia de los famosos agentes y así no perder mis expectativas.

From the images I've seen of the most recent seasons, I can see that they've kept their sets, which really relaxes me a lot. I also hope that their iconic intro remains unedited (and even less so in its music). But what I do hope for, and very much so, is to see this couple with a superior video quality as well as to see how they take advantage of the technology that exists today on TV.

Con las imágenes que he visto sobre las temporadas mas recientes, puedo apreciar que mantienen sus escenografías, esto de verdad me relaja muchísimo. También espero que su icónica intro se mantenga sin sufrir ninguna clase de edición (y menos en su música). Pero lo que sí espero, y muchísimo, es ver esta pareja con una calidad de video superior al igual que ver como aprovechan la tecnológica que existe hoy en día en la TV.

In the season I'm in, Scully is pregnant, and the plot goes as I expected, since the first season I observed the chemistry these characters have, and a big question I constantly asked myself was who of them is more attractive? On one hand there's Mulder with his movie heartthrob face, and on the other hand Scully with her beauty and elegance, and along with her intelligence makes her truly admired along with her partner, that's why the fantasy of seeing at least their first kiss and it finally happened.

En la temporada en la que voy, Scully se encuentra en estado de embarazo, y la trama va como yo esperaba, desde la primera temporada observe la química que tienen estos personajes, y una gran pregunta que me hacia constantemente era la de ¿quien de ellos es mas atractivo?, por un lado está Mulder con su cara de galán de cine, y por otro lado Scully con su hermosura y elegancia, y junto a su inteligencia hace que sea verdaderamente muy admirada junto a su compañero, por eso la fantasía de ver aunque sea el primer beso de ellos y por fin pasó.

I love how diverse the series is in its themes, showing unique supernatural and conspiracy cases that are the basis of many popular internet conspiracies today. I should have watched this series to realize this fact, now it makes me even more skeptical about all the cases you see on the internet that claim to be authentic.

Me encanta lo diverso que es la serie en sus temas, mostrando casos sobrenaturales y conspiratorios únicos que hoy en día son base de varias conspiraciones de populares por Internet. Debí ver esta serie para darme de cuenta de este hecho, ahora me hace dudar mucho más sobre todos los casos que se ven en Internet que dicen ser autenticos.

I wanted to share this little review with you because it has been said that the series has been renewed for a new season. This news really excites me, this series has surprised me with its stories and makes me want more.

Quise compartir con ustedes esta pequeña reseña porque se ha dicho que ha sido renovada la serie para una nueva temporada. Esta noticia me emociona mucho realmente, esta serie me ha sorprendido con sus historias y me hacen querer más.

I used to watch the series on Amazon Prime Video, but when I was in the third season they announced that it was going to be removed from their catalog. This decision must have something to do with Disney wanting to have the catalog only for its streaming platform, due to its new season. Thanks to this I now have to be on Disney+, but it really is worth it, I really enjoy the adventures of these FBI agents.

Anteriormente veía la serie en Amazon Prime Video, pero cuando iba en la tercera temporada anunciaron que iba a salir de su catalogo. Esta decisión debe tener alguna relación sobre Disney queriendo tener el catalogo solo para su plataforma de Streaming, debido a su nueva temporada. Gracias a esto ahora tengo que estar en Disney+, pero de verdad que sí vale mucho la pena, me disfruto mucho las aventuras de estos agentes del FBI.
