La semana anterior fue algo interesante, pues el personaje elegido fue Ryan Reynolds, un gran actor que muchos de ustedes reconocen por haber participado en películas muy buenas, y otras no tan buenas como lo fue el caso de la película: Linterna Verde – DC, pero eso ya es otro tema, ponte cómodo que acá inicia la review de hoy.

La película ganadora de esta semana.
Y si, la película ganadora de esta semana es (Free Guy), pues antes de que lanzara el anuncio de la actividad en inleo, ya otro usuario había hablado conmigo sobre lo buena que es esta película, entonces teniendo eso en mente, y la recomendación de @khaleelkazi, esta fue la película merecedora de una Review para el día de hoy.
Free Guy es una película que, a primera vista, parece ser otra comedia de acción con un concepto extravagante. Sin embargo, al profundizar en su trama y personajes, descubres que es mucho más que eso, la película nos presenta a Guy (Ryan Reynolds), un personaje no jugable (NPC) en un videojuego de mundo abierto llamado Free City. Guy lleva una vida monótona, repitiendo las mismas acciones todos los días, la típica acción que un NPC tiene que hacer en su programación, hasta que un encuentro con Molotov Girl, un personaje interpretado por (Jodie Comer), una jugadora real, cambia su perspectiva, pues es ella quien le revela la realidad a Guy, diciéndole que el solo es parte de una simulación de computadora, y es allí donde todo inicia con un fuerte cambio en la forma en la que Guy ve las cosas en su mundo simulado.
Si llevamos esto a la vida real, fuera de una pantalla de cine, es un tema del cual se ha especulado durante mucho tiempo, muchos afirman que somos parte de una simulación, y que en ocasiones podemos ver fallos en la realidad y que es eso lo que nos indica que somos no humanos, si no personajes similares a los NPC, pues todo en nuestra vida está ya programado ¿Crees que eso sea verdad?, será interesante ver tu opinión en los comentarios.

And yes, this week's winning movie is (Free Guy), well before I launched the activity announcement on inleo, another user had already talked to me about how good this movie is, so with that in mind, and @khaleelkazi recommendation, this was the movie deserving of a Review for today.
Free Guy is a movie that, at first glance, appears to be another action comedy with a quirky concept. However, as you delve deeper into its plot and characters, you discover that it is much more than that, the movie introduces us to Guy (Ryan Reynolds), a non-playable character (NPC) in an open-world video game called Free City. Guy leads a monotonous life, repeating the same actions every day, the typical action that an NPC has to do in his programming, until an encounter with Molotov Girl, a character played by (Jodie Comer), a real player, changes his perspective, as she is the one who reveals the reality to Guy, telling him that he is just part of a computer simulation, and that is where everything starts with a strong change in the way Guy sees things in his simulated world.
If we take this to real life, outside a movie screen, it is a topic that has been speculated about for a long time, many claim that we are part of a simulation, and that sometimes we can see faults in reality and that is what tells us that we are not human, but characters similar to NPC, because everything in our life is already programmed, do you think that's true, it will be interesting to see your opinion in the comments.
Esta película fue lanzada en el año 2021, y para su creación se dio un presupuesto de $110,000,000.00, una cifra bastante alta, pero su resultado final vale la pena, además que esa cantidad se vio afectada de forma positiva luego de su estreno recaudando un estimado de ganancias de $331,500,000.00, tres veces la cantidad inicial para su creación, entonces por ese lado podemos decir que todo salió muy bien.
El creador de esta intrigante y emocionante historia fue Matt Lieberman, fue el quien escribió el guion bajo la dirección de Shawn Levy, esta es una película que se encuentra en la categoría de Comedy, pues encontraras escenas que son divertidas, situaciones alocadas en las que se puede solucionar un problema de una forma no tan habitual para el momento jajaja, pero aun así funciona.
Pero también está marcada en la categoría de Science Fiction, pues de verdad que sus efectos y el mundo que nos presenta es todo un arte digno de su categoría.

Y muchos más, pero solo estoy mencionando a los que yo considero primordiales en la película, pero enfoquemos nuestra atención solo en Guy, pues es el personaje que interpreta nuestro actor de la semana, Guy se nos presenta como un simple NPC que trabaja en un banco, típico trabajo aburrido y repetitivo que un NPC puede hacer, pero cuando conoce a esta chica que le muestra la realidad luego de usar unas gafas que le permiten ver todo como en realidad es (UN JUEGO) se da cuenta de que si es un personaje que está programado para siempre hacer lo mismo.

Lo interesante acá es que, él no es un personaje jugable, es un NPC en un mundo Online, eso quiere decir que al ser un NPC no morirá, pase lo que le pase, Guy no puede morir como los demás jugadores reales, entonces es allí donde los programadores del juego se dan cuenta de que algo raro está pasando con el comportamiento de este NPC, pues él está intentado cambiar el destino de todos y hacerlos vivir de verdad y no que sigan las ordenes de su programación.
Digamos que es una mezcla de comedia, acción y drama. Guy, decide convertirse en el héroe de su propia historia. En lugar de seguir las misiones violentas que el juego le ofrece, Guy elige las misiones positivas, convirtiéndose en un éxito en internet.
The interesting thing here is that he is not a playable character, he is an NPC in an Online world, that means that being an NPC he will not die, whatever happens to him, Guy can not die like the other real players, then it is there where the game programmers realize that something strange is happening with the behavior of this NPC, because he is trying to change the fate of everyone and make them really live and not to follow the orders of their programming.

Lo Bueno
Lo que hace que (Free Guy) sea tan atractiva es su mezcla de humor autorreferencial, acción trepidante y un elenco encantador. Reynolds brinda una actuación divertida, liderando una historia emocionante con efectos especiales impresionantes, y una actitud despreocupada e incluso inexperta para la lucha, pues eso no estaba en su programación, pero va aprendiendo poco a poco.
La película también destaca por su concepto tecnológico y gamer, también la relación entre Guy y Molotov Girl es refrescante y aporta una dinámica interesante a la trama.
The Good
What makes (Free Guy) so appealing is its mix of self-referential humor, fast-paced action and a charming cast. Reynolds delivers a fun performance, leading an exciting story with impressive special effects, and a carefree and even inexperienced attitude to fighting, as that wasn't in his programming, but he's slowly learning.
The film also stands out for its technological and gamer concept, also the relationship between Guy and Molotov Girl is refreshing and brings an interesting Dynamic to the plot.
Lo No Tan Bueno
A pesar de sus puntos fuertes, Free Guy tiene sus defectos. A veces, la película parece perder el enfoque y dar vueltas en círculos1. Además, aunque la película predica la importancia de la individualidad, a veces se siente como una repetición de otras películas del mismo género. ¿Si entiendes a qué me refiero verdad?.
Pero quitando eso de lado no veo fallos en su desarrollo, igual me gusta, de no ser así no estuviese escribiendo la review jajaja.
The Not So Good
Despite its strengths, Free Guy has its flaws. At times, the film seems to lose focus and go around in circles1. Also, although the film preaches the importance of individuality, at times it feels like a repetition of other films in the same genre. You know what I mean, right.
But putting that aside I don't see any flaws in its development, I still like it, otherwise I wouldn't be writing the review hahaha.
Opinión final de la película.
No puedo negar que Free Guy es una película divertida y emocionante que, a pesar de sus defectos, ofrece una experiencia cinematográfica entretenida. Con su elenco encantador y su humor autorreferencial, es una película que vale la pena ver, es una joya más de Ryan Reynolds, que si la comparamos con su protagonización en la película de Linterna Verde, esta de la que te hablo hoy, es mucho mejor en todos los sentidos, al menos hasta que se estrene la nueva película de DeadPool donde Ryan dará lo mejor de todo nuevamente, puede que ese se tema para un nuevo artículo.

I can't deny that Free Guy is a fun and exciting film that, despite its flaws, offers an entertaining cinematic experience. With its charming cast and self-referential humor, it's a movie worth watching, it's one more gem from Ryan Reynolds, that if we compare it to his starring role in the Green Lantern movie, this one I'm talking about today, is much better in every way, at least until the new DeadPool movie is released where Ryan will give his best again, maybe that's a topic for a new article.
