Hello CineTV

When I went to look for a movie that is based on a true story to write about, I realized that there weren't as many than I thought there were! My brain tends to go to sports movies, and I almost wrote about "Miracle" the USA Hockey film or another choice I had though of was (not sports related!) "A Night to Remember." I ran out of time this week to write an article but I was very thankful to see so many entries of movies that I hadn't known about! My heartfelt thanks to everyone that took the time to engage with the contest this week.

Hidden Figures (maybe Talents in another country?) is such a fabulous film about three women who overcome prejudice to save the lives of astronauts. What a great story and review. Congratulations!

In honor of the website's reboot, the contest this week is going to follow the theme and we wnat you to write about your favorite movie reboot. In the past we have talked about a movie you would like to remake, but in this one we are asking you to choose an existing reboot/remake and tell us why you chose it.

Here are some questions to get you started. What made this reboot better than the original? What about the characters and story drew you to this remake? Did you enjoy the original also (or even seen it?)? Was there something about the reboot that fixed a problem in the original?
