These two different stories, which are presented as completely independent of each other, are suddenly united for the same purpose, unbeknownst to each other. I can say that this detail is what makes the movie mysterious and the plot unique.

While the story, which continues as a drama for a while, suddenly turns into an adventure, it is possible to smell the theme of revenge, because it does not take long to understand the suppressed feelings of revenge in the first story and to meet the brutality of revenge in the second story. In fact, when the stories merge, the climax of revenge is presented as an inevitable ending.

I can easily say that it is a very successful production in terms of actor performances. The outstanding performances of the actors who bring the characters to life make the atmosphere and the fiction created as real as possible. However, I would like to single out Christoph Waltz as Nazi officer Hans Landa. I can say that he perfectly portrays the skill in personality analysis and foresight. As painful as it was, it was a pleasure to watch him. His intelligence, his kindness, his manipulative nature, and his savagery evoke complex emotions.

Inglourious Basterds is a visually satisfying movie that succeeds in immersing the audience in the atmosphere of World War II. It was one of the productions that made a difference with the way it reflected the desire for revenge and the methods of taking it according to different people. I definitely recommend you to watch it and I recommend you to pay attention to the dialogues and the characteristics of the characters while watching it.
