CineTV Contest #63 // Scarlett is the Beautiful María Bolena [Eng - Esp]

After seeing the result of the previous contest with great pleasure, I join the new Contest with the same enthusiasm -movie) this week. I truly consider that talking about a single Scarlett Johansson film is quite a challenge due to the versatility of this beautiful actress, whose presence and grace is, in my opinion, the prototype of the perfect woman; It is something that I say with all the sincerity of the case ha, ha, ha. This personal statement about the famous New Yorker is based on the diversity of interpretations that she has made and most of them with notable success. However, thinking about it for a few minutes I have made a decision that I will now share with you.

Luego de ver con mucho agrado el resultado del concurso anterior, me sumo con el mismo entusiasmo al nuevo Contest de esta semana. De verdad considero que hablar de una sola película de Scarlett Johansson, es todo un reto por la versatilidad de esta hermosa actriz, cuya presencia y gracia es en mi opinión, el prototipo de la mujer perfecta; es algo que digo con toda la sinceridad del caso ja,ja,ja. Esta afirmación personal sobre la famosa neoyorquina, se basa en la diversidad de interpretaciones que ha realizado y en su mayoría con notable éxito. Sin embargo, al pensarlo durante pocos minutos he tomado una decisión que ahora compartiré con ustedes.

It is about the film "The Other Boleyn" from the year 2008, a film that many of us know and that we highlight its script, its excellent updates and that outcome that causes some impact, due to its historical influence, as a fact taken from life real. I must also note that, although Scarlett dyes her hair any color (red, yellow, black or blue), practically everything looks good on her; but in the case of the film that I have mentioned, I think it is one of the updates that I like the most about it. Seeing Johansson in the role of María, a young married woman from a good family but at the same time very discreet and respectful, dressed in period clothing and mixing her good work with the natural sensuality that characterizes her, are the best I've seen of her.

Se trata de la película "La otra Bolena" del año 2008, una cinta que muchos conocemos y que resaltamos su guión, sus excelentes actualizaciones y ese desenlace que causa algo de impacto, debido a su influencia histórica, como un hecho tomado de la vida real. También debo acotar que, aunque Scarlett se tiña el cabello del color que sea (rojo, amarillo, negro o azul), prácticamente todo le queda bien; pero en el caso del filme que he citado, creo que es uno de las actualizaciones que más me gustan de ella. Ver a Johansson en el papel de María, una joven casada y de buena familia pero a su vez muy discreta y respetuosa, vestida de época y entremezclando su buen trabajo con la sensualidad natural que le caracteriza, son de lo mejor que le he visto.

I think I'm taking a bit of a risk by stating that Maria was much more beautiful than her sister Ana; and that King Henry VIII was absolutely right to take notice of her, regardless of whether she was married. And I also don't think that María was being favored more than Ana, both dressed excellently, had a good education and showed great family commitment. And I do not want to make believe that Natalie Portman is less graceful, but that she has a different beauty than her update partner. It is then when, having two beautiful women on stage, the distinction between their characters comes to light; and that is something that undoubtedly gives a plus to every person.

Creo que estoy tomando algo de riesgo al afirmar que, María era mucho más bella que su hermana Ana; y que el rey Enrique VIII tuvo toda la razón al fijarse en ella, sin importar de que fuese casada. Y tampoco creo que se estuviera favoreciendo más a María que a Ana porque ambas vestían excelente, tenían una buena educación y mostraban gran compromiso familiar. Y no quiero hacer creer que Natalie Portman sea menos agraciada, sino que tiene una belleza diferente a la de su compañera de actualización. Es entonces cuando, teniendo a dos mujeres hermosas en escena, salen a relucir la distinción entre sus caracteres; y eso es algo que le da un plus a toda persona indudablemente.

Since we are recommended to talk about our preferences regarding this magnificent actress, I surely do not see her as the ideal heroine model, but as the sweet girl who makes you fall in love with just her look. Sure she has a runway model body and style, but her feminine naturalness is what attracts me the most to her; and although it seems strange, I don't see her as the diva either, but as the woman behind the scenes. It's something very curious because it seems that talking about Johansson is talking about the natural beauty of women, for something the platonic love of many results (including me ha ha ha). That's why I value his participation in the film that he chose so much.

Dado que nos recomiendan hablar de nuestras preferencias con respecto a esta magnífica actriz, ciertamente no le veo como el modelo ideal de heroína, sino como la chica dulce que te enamora con solo su mirada. Claro que tiene un cuerpo y estilo de modelo de pasarela, pero su naturalidad femenina es lo que más me atrae de ella; y aunque parezca extraño, tampoco la veo como la diva sino como la mujer detrás del escenario. Es algo muy curioso porque parece que hablar de Johansson es hablar de la belleza natural de la mujer, por algo resulta el amor platónico de muchos (incluyéndome ja,ja,ja). Por eso valoro tanto su participación en la película que he escogido.
