Ragnarok | The Worst Thor & Loki Movie Version

There is nothing boredom can't cause, at times it will just lead you to watch some kind of movie you don't even need to watch, I was kind of bored after watching a bollywood movie and somehow I decided to scroll through my netflix feed just to look for an interesting series I can dive into to keep myself busy, somehow I wasn't in for a long series, not all those 40 episodes or more so most of the one I saw, I just skip through after checking how many episodes until I saw this particular series Ragnarok, I though it will be all this old tradition movies then the name and the thor hammer that I saw kind of bring in Thor look because who else will be using a sledgehammer with lightening if not thor, I didn't really watch the trailer, I just check the episodes, it was 6eps but 3 season, 18 in total and I know it is something I can finish in 2days plus I was really especially to know more about Thor lifestyles and Loki, this avengers kind of stuff but what I met in the movie was something else.

I was thinking the first few scene will come from one planet like asgard with differnt gods in line or at war only for me to see a lady with her 2sons moving back to their formal Norwegian town and somehow an old man on an electric wheelchair cross the road, one of the son came down to help, then an old lady touch his forehead and boom he has Thor power, I was like ehnn they can do better if thor was made like this, then other gods making will be in the similar way, he didn't believe his new identity, he was suddenly strong and he could throw sledgehammer over 1.5km and also run 100meters in 7second, according to him, he was breaking world record, he inform his brother, he didn't believe him, told his mom and crush and they all thought he was somehow crazy, he even got the weirdo tag. At some point I was looking for the monsters that he will be fighting, he had to face a family of 4, they were ancient giants but in human form, they have been in existence in the same town fighting and kill all the good gods, even went to war with the old Thor and defeat him, and now they have a younger thor to deal with who is yet to figure out how powerful he is.

And then, there is Loki, a funny character, in the real Thor movie, Loki is one confused individual, at times I don't know if he is the good one or the bad one, even though he is Thor brother, he still betray him at some point, even kill Odin father of all gods back then, but in this movie, Loki came as a transgender, in feminim form, at first he wasn't a god, he was a bastard giant according to the story line and after figuring out who his real father was, and also got to know he has some special abilities, and to top it all, after reading and also hearing the story of how he can be a god by mixing his blood with odin's own, he went to steal odin blood, inject it in his own to be half god, half human then gave birth to the midgard serpent ( I even thought it was a tapworm), based on pass story, this serpent kill thor using is poison even though Thor killed it with his sledge hammer, now they believe it can happen again.

There are things I really don't like about the movie, that guy acting as thor doesn't have the Thor vibe like Chris Hemsworth, that guy was the good actor for that character, based on story he was the son of odin, but here we don't even know his father and if the old woman didn't die in ragnarok we won't even know Odin exist, Loki still act well a little as a confused and a deceiver but he still need some adjustment. There was no real fight to ginger the movie and the way other gods like freya, baldr, heimdall came into play wasn't it at all, to make the whole season worst, the final season was total nonsense, they whole story change, plot twist, no war and they decided to change Thor war fate, came into and agreement with the suppose giant for peace to reign and what supposed to be the last final battle only happened in his imagination and I was kind of confused about the last scene. I had to rate it 2/10 and even check some feedback on it, it was as expected, people trash it
