Due to the fact that some time has passed since the publication of the previous text, I decided to make a new version. Several new films have been released, work has started on others or we have received new information.

So far, we still don't know much about him. What we know for sure - production started yesterday or two days ago + Jordan Vogt-Robert is no longer working on this project. Cooperation with Netflix was also probably broken. Sunrise is co-creating this project with the Legendary studio and wants to release the film in cinemas. We also received the first poster, which looks quite poor, but in my opinion it's OK for 1 promotional material. As reported by TheVerge, Bandai wants to open a new branch in April, whose task will be to promote the brand outside Japan and supervise the production process. Jim Mickle was the director and screenwriter. He is the co-creator of Sweet Tooth - he wrote the script for all episodes and directed 7 of them.

Do you remember the animated series from 1980? Or a series that started in 2016 and recently left Netflix? Well, we'll get a movie with Henry Cavill. Work on the film set has recently started (photos are being taken in Australia), the film will be released in cinemas either at the end of this year (unlikely) or in 2026. Apart from The Witcher, we will see in it, among others: Alba Baptista, Sterling K. Brown, Rita Ora, John Kim, Laura Gordon, Tim Griffin.

Even though work on this film was announced (and apparently before the premiere of season 1), we did not learn anything new in 2024. Some speculate that the film may have a new cast. I won't be surprised if the film is canceled, because Nintendo can earn better money on other film adaptations.

Almost a year ago, we received information about the director. Has anything changed during this time? No, we learned absolutely nothing. It is true that this is not the first announcement of Naruto, but due to the success of One Piece, Lionsgate is unlikely to ignore this project for the second time. The director and screenwriter is Destin Daniel Cretton, who directed the Marvel film about Shang Chi. Masashi Kishimoto, the creator of the original version, is involved in the production. Producers are Avi Arad, Ari Arad, Emmy Yu, Jeremy Latcham, director and Jeyun Munford.

We still don't know much about it, but unlike several other films I mention in this text, we do have a few names of its creators. I bet that the work is ongoing and we will get a trailer soon. Perhaps the delays in these films are due to the fact that the brands have lost popularity. The co-creator of Rick and Morty and the director of one part of F&F were involved in the production of the film, so when it comes to the choice of creators, it was a good decision.

Taika Waititi abandoned work on it, I haven't found a new statement from Leonardo Di Caprio (who apparently currently holds the rights to adapt this story). The idea for a film died once again, I don't know which one. I remember when they wanted to make this movie 20 years ago.
Well, that's it. We haven't gotten many new adaptations since the last text. I hope the second season of OP will motivate the rest. Work on it has already been completed, so soon we will be back in One Piece's Pacific!

Póki co nadal niewiele wiemy na jego temat. Co wiemy jednak na pewno - produkcja została rozpoczęta wczoraj lub dwa dni temu + Jordan Vogt-Robert nie pracuje już nad tym projektem. Współpraca z Netflixem też raczej została zerwana. Sunrise współtworzy ten projekt ze studiem Legendary i chce wypuścić film do kin. Dostaliśmy też pierwszy plakat, który prezentuje się dość ubogo, ale jak na 1 materiał promocyjny, jest wg mnie ok. Jak donosi TheVerge, Bandai chce otworzyć w kwietniu nową filię, której zadaniem będzie promocja marki poza Japonią oraz nadzór nad procesem produkcyjnym. Reżyserem i scenarzystą został Jim Mickle. Co prawda to nie jest pierwsza zapowiedź Naruto, ale z uwagi na sukces One Piece, Lionsgate raczej nie zignoruje tego projektu po raz drugi. Coś dziwnego dzieje się z tym filmem. Wszystko szło dobrze, a od dłuższego czasu jest cisza. Natrafiłem na kilka nowych informacji. Podobno Netflix ma produkować ten film i pracuje nad nim Joby Harold, scenarzysta Obi Wan.

Dla miłośników Marvela, DC oraz mang (ale głównie w kontekście super-hero). Dla miłośników drogich filmów akcji.

Ciągle niewiele wiemy na jego temat, ale w przeciwieństwie do kilku innych filmów, o których wspominam w tym tekście, mamy kilka nazwisk twórców. Stawiam na to, że prace trwają i niedługo dostaniemy trailer. Być może opóźnienia w kwestii tamtych filmów, wynikają z tego że marki zdążyły stracić popularność. Do produkcji filmu zaangażowano współtwórcę Rick and Morty oraz reżysera jednej części F&F, czyli jeśli chodzi o sam wybór twórców, to dobra decyzja.

Z tym filmem jest dokładnie taka sama historia, co z MHA - niby było tyle newsów, prace miały niedługo ruszyć, a tu nic z tego.

Nadal nie mamy nowych informacji. Wydaje mi się jednak, że to z uwagi na Stranger Things, które miało po raz kolejny różne problemy. W tym roku dostaniemy ostatnie 8 odcinków, więc pewnie niedługo zaczną prace nad resztą zapowiedzianych filmów i seriali. A trochę ich jest!

Wspominam o tym ze względu na kronikarski obowiązek. Taika Waititi porzucił prace nad tym, nie znalazłem nowej wypowiedzi Leonardo Di Caprio (który podobno w tym momencie dzierży prawa do adaptacji tej historii). Pomysł na film umarł po raz kolejny, już nie wiem który. Pamiętam jak chcieli zrobić ten film ze 20 lat temu.
No i to tyle. Od ostatniego tekstu nie dostaliśmy zbyt wiele nowych adaptacji. Mam nadzieję, że drugi sezon OP zmotywuje resztę. Prace nad nim zostały już zakończone, więc niedługo znowu znajdziemy się na One Piece'owskim Pacyfiku!
