Hello! As part of our ongoing efforts to improve both interaction and curation in the Movies and TV Shows Community, this post is one of many to highlight and boost members of the past week that have posted what we believe is exceptional content.

The Details

Each week, our Moderators will monitor the posts within the Movies and TV Shows Community and handpick the ones that are believed to stand out under numerous factors: post quality, length, and subject.

There are no entry requirements, and this is not a contest, but simply a roundup intended to provide additional exposure to all of you for your efforts. Just have fun posting in the Movies & TV Shows Community and five or more posts will be chosen frequently.

Review - The madness

One of the things that I found most pleasant was the fact that the series did not tell you things directly, that is, there was a problem to solve, but the interrelationships of the protagonist were not reflected directly, but you were putting together a puzzle through what you were seeing in the series, that is, the secondary stories nourished the main story without stealing that brightness or prominence, also giving the viewer the opportunity to investigate on their own. In addition, the series touches on very current issues that we think that perhaps are things that are already outdated in the world but nevertheless are still very much in reality, which I find super interesting the way in which through a story you can connect with many cultural and emotional factors that we live as human beings.

Mufasa: The Lion King

One interesting detail is how Mufasa's upbringing by the lionesses is shown. This aspect brings out even more his nobility and his ability to understand the famous Cycle of Life. His education comes not only from a lineage, but from his connection with the other animals and his environment, which prepares him to assume his destiny as a leader.

CABRINI : A MOVIE ON INSPIRATION OF COURAGE, FAITH AND KINDNESS

Cabrini is a movie that caught my attention while sourcing for movies that reflect Catholic doctrines or the lives of the Saints. The movie is a biographical representation of Saint cabrini in the Catholic church, who later became the first American woman to be canonized. A brief summary of the movie is about a lady called mother Frances Cabrini, who was an Italian immigrant to America, she was a determined woman who felt destined to help the poor no matter what. It is worthy to note that in the 19th century in America the Italian immigrants where treated with disdain and were made to live in abject poverty, discrimination and exploitation from the Citizens of America. In this movie set in the 19th and 20th century they described that the lives of the rat in this country were better than the lives of the Italian immigrants.

❝18×2 Beyond Youthful Days❞ — REVIEW

https://images.hive.blog/DQmcoX4WrMWUqpFFkRa7fd1X27gKN2wXZFi69thRHo3KVic/Banner%20de%20YouTube%20Oscuro%20Rojo%20Blanco%20Noticias%20Gen%C3%A9ricas%20%20(1).png

The story is presented in two timelines, the past: where Jimmy, a young Taiwanese and Ami, a Japanese backpacker girl, meet and begin to establish this relationship that unites them during the summer, a month full of new experiences where they decide to learn more of each other's language to get to know each other and cherish the feelings that are developing. The present: where Jimmy does not know exactly what he has been doing for the last 18 years of his life, intensely pursuing a promise made in his adolescence.

Love has no age or limits - El amor no tiene edad, ni limites

This film has been heavily criticized for its implausible story, lack of originality, clichés of the romantic genre such as that love conquers everything, etc. I think that all these criticisms are certainly right, they have support; however, I do not see all these aspects pigeonholing it as a youthful and fictional film, I think that it does touch on realistic aspects, wrapped in a very close and personal romanticism.

[ESP-ENG] Film Review: LOUDER - The Soundtrack of Change | The powerful message of women artists through the years.

Beginning with uprooting the macho thinking and opening a world of possibilities to girls who in their time and product of violence, poverty and ignorance were used as future figures who would only have the option of having a husband and take care of him and the children within marriage. But long before what we know today as feminism and women's rights, there were already brave women who through the power of music raised their voices and received reprisals but were not afraid to raise their eyes and speak with honesty and respect for all those who could not do it.

E.1027: Eileen Gray and the House by the Sea (2024): vindication and empowerment | reivindicación y empoderamiento

There are several testimonies that suggest that Le Corbusier always felt envy of the design of E.1027, that he couldn't bear the fact that a woman had conceived that space and that his ego suffered greatly when he couldn't acquire the house, to the point that he acquired the adjacent land and erected a cabin there that he often visited in search of tranquility and contemplation. Of all the homes that Le Corbusier designed and built, that cabin was the only home he lived in, until the day he died in the waters that surrounded it.
