Deadpool & Wolverine’ pixcel artwork design

Pixel art is an art that has evolved over time and has also been the inspiration for many other more advanced types of digital drawing. From its beginnings in the era of 8-bit video games. In the beginning, artists faced hardware limitations that restricted the amount of colours and resolution, requiring great creativity to convey emotions and actions through simple graphics. Over time, as technology advanced, so did the tools and techniques to create pixel art.

My evolution in this area has been gradual, although I actually use my phone and my fingers, as the touch keyboard allows me to design them. However, with practice, I have learned to play with shadows and lights, which has allowed me to give depth and volume to my figures. However, I know that step by step I will learn a little more, and also by setting new goals to acquire technological tools that will help me to fulfil my dream of being a great creator of digital drawing content.

In the meantime I'm working on it, and that's why today I wanted to make these characters that have been in the mouth of the whole world about the release of the movie ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ making a simple design where both faces are joined in pixel.

Step by Step

We start by making an oval, then we divide it in half vertically, then on the right side of this circle we make the characteristic mask of Wolverine, we paint it black and then we make an elongated eye in white.

Then we must paint one of the sides of yellow colour and the other one of brick colour, of the right side we create lines in him bode of circular form realizing a border in the edge of bigger circle, Then we paint this zone of black, and finally we do the other eye to him!

El diseño de figuras en pixel es un arte que ha venido evolucionando con el pasar del tiempo y que ademas ha sido tambien la inspiracion de muchos otros tipos de dibujos digitales mas avanzados. Desde sus inicios en la era de los videojuegos de 8 bits. Al principio, los artistas enfrentaban limitaciones de hardware que restringían la cantidad de colores y la resolución, lo que requería una gran creatividad para transmitir emociones y acciones a través de gráficos simples. Con el tiempo, a medida que la tecnología avanzó, también lo hicieron las herramientas y técnicas para crear pixel.

Mi evolución en este ámbito ha sido poco a poco, aunque en realidad uso mi teléfono y los dedos, ya que el teclado táctil me permite poder diseñarlos. Sin embargo, con la práctica, aprendí a jugar con las sombras y las luces, lo que me ha permitido dar profundidad y volumen a mis figuras. Sin emabargo, sé que paso a paso iré aprendiendo un poco más, y tambien al proponerme nuevas metas para adquirir herramientas tecnológicas que me ayuden a cumplir mi sueño de ser un gran creador de contenido de dibujo digital.

Mientras tanto trabajo en ello, y es por este motivo que hoy quise realizar estos personajes que han estado en la boca del todo el mundo a propósito del lanzamiento de la película “Deadpool & Wolverine” Realizando un diseño simple donde se unan ambos rostros en pixel.

Paso a Paso

Iniciamos haciendo un ovalo, luego lo dividimos a la mitad de forma vertical, Luego del lado derecho de este circulo hacemos la mascara caracteristica de Wolverine, la pintamos de negro y luego hacemos un ojo alargado en color blanco.

Luego debemos pintar uno de los lados de color amarillo y el otro de color ladrillo, del lado derecho creamos líneas en le bode de forma circular realizando un borde en la orilla de circulo mas grande, Luego pintamos esta zona de negro, y finalmente le hacemos el otro ojo!
