I am hopeful whales are willing to do the same if they don't want to join my curation up and down trails, to help purge the chain of bad actors like hivewatchers and valueplan. I updated the code again (still testing) to record the last upvote made to a user into an hash table type array, and made sure that they have to wait a certain unit of time to get another upvote (not determined yet, presently 1hr for testing). The main concern isn't so much a user who spams over a short window of time, maybe for some !tokens, but the marketing and AI bots who could hog the rewards which hurts the reach..
