RE: The challenge of making biopics today.

It all really depends on what person biopic is about. I'm guessing that makers of films that try to exploit popularity of still living or recently decesased pop singer (like Amy Winehouse) might have much bigger issues than those trying to make a biography of Genghis Khan (whose currentl family, if we are to believe modern genetic studies should tens of millions of people).
